Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Online Bill Payment Problem

Paid the bill of Rs.8100 using UBI Visa Debit Card and the payment was processed successfully and routed back to the CESC site where the message displayed was
"SORRY, NETWORK ISSUE
PLEASE TRY AFTER SOME TIME"

No receipt was generated and calling LT Helpline[protected] didn't solve the problem either, they said the payment was not yet reflected and have to wait 48 hours else contact the Bank!

The amount has been debited from the Bank confirmed but no resolution at CESC end, and moreover waiting 2 days means I loose the rebate too!
