Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Refund of security deposit after consumer name chnage

Hi team,

This is regarding cesc consumer no - [protected].

On february, 2016, i have applied for name change request for the above mentioned connection, through online portal - www.Cesc.Co.In.

Previously connection was in the name of my father mr.Sankar nath sil(Cust id - [protected]).

After successful name change, presently connection is in my name-mr.Saptarshi sil(Son of mr.Sankar nath sil) and my new cust id is [protected].

For changing the name, i have also paid a new security deposit bill of rs.3080/- dated 04th feb 2016.

I have received new bills with new name since last 2 months.

My query is when i would be receiving back the old security deposit money after this change of name. I had raised compliant online with docket no:3169831. It is now showing as "responded" but i have not received any communication yet.

Kindly clarify my above mentioned query and do let me know the position at your earliest convenience.

I have received always a good relationship with cesc limited but this time it is very embarrassing response from your side. Please do the needful at your earliest.
