Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation [CESC] — Repeated forwarding of arrear bill for lockdown period

In bill for june 2020 cesc had forwardedone billamounting to 1970, 00in name of susanta kumar basu detailing analysis of remaining arrear from march 2020 and declared that total consumed units kept in abeyance is 247unitsand the was duly paid In months bill amount was 2100.00 appearinfg to extremely high I had called customer care who replid that part of arrear bill has been added but in the bill nothing was written to that effect and so on bills have been coming no bill was unpaid, now in the newspaper I found that cesc shall once again start sending bill incorporating so called unpaid bills once again in 10 installments in the news cesc has stated that they had kept in abeyance unpaid bills collection. matter appears to be ambiguous kindly take up the matter with that authority on my calling the customer i received no reply only sayiny that as per cesc"s policy it has been done nosuitable reply was given i am enclosing copy of my bill for june 2020
