We are having consumer No. [protected] related to customer Id [protected] in the name o[censored]bique consultancy pvt. Ltd. Having address at 768, purbachal road, kolkata - 700078.

An gross amount of rs. 18825.20 has been credited as interest on maintained security deposit for the financial year 2016-17 against said consumer No., after deducting TDS of Rs.3765.00. And Rs.15, 060.20 net interest credited against said consumer No. And it was reflected in your bill for the month of April'17, bill dated 06.05.17

However, upon generation of form 26AS, we were not able to find credit for the said TDS deduction made by you.

We would like to inform you that our pan is AAACU6935F,

We request you to kindly update our records with you regarding our pan details and also please arrange to issue form 16A for the financial year 2016-17/ assessment year 2017-18 towards the deduction of the TDS against interest payable on security deposit held as per your bill for the month of April 2017.

This may be treated as most urgent as the last date for filing of income tax return has already lapsed.

Further please update our pan i.e., AAACU6935F for further compliance and purpose of TDS deduction for the financial year 2017-18 and subsequently.
