Cams — financial

I visited cams Bilaspur for Franklin redemption on 16.4.15, a person stated that transaction will be done only in morning session upto 3 pm. I visited again on 18.04.15 at morning and given redemption request for Rs.20000/- as redemption. But no response from cams received for my transaction after so many calls by me. He just assure me that they process my request vide ack no.2046 and given cams raipur contact for further details. I contacted to cams raipur so many times but he say that query has been sent to chennai and no reply received from chennai. I also contacted toll free on franklin, they says that no any request received to them for redemption. This is not proper work by cams due to which when I am in need of money, cams harassing me.
