For one of our projects, we got a cam scanner from the firm Cams, but their software is defective. When we try to call support, they are quite slow to respond. When we try to discuss this issue with sales, they respond, but when we call again, they don't even pick up the phone; today, I made 17 calls and received no response. I visited the cams Ghaziabad branch and I feel very bad to see that there is no proper facility for investors available at cams Ghaziabad.

First of all, waiting area is so small and no proper seating available there.
2- There is no AC in the branch that is why all the area is so hot and you will feel suffocated..
