    Dear Everyone.,

    For one of our projects, we got a cam scanner from the firm Cams, but their software is defective. When we try to call support, they are quite slow to respond. When we try to discuss this issue with sales, they respond, but when we call again, they don't even pick up the phone; today, I made 17 calls and received no response. We're on the verge of losing this project. Kindly assist

      Hi to all,

      I visited the cams Ghaziabad branch and I feel very bad to see that there is no proper facility for investors available at cams Ghaziabad.

      First of all, waiting area is so small and no proper seating available there.
      2- There is no AC in the branch that is why all the area is so hot and you will feel suffocated..
      3- No. Drinking water is available for investors..
      I hope you will take care of these points..

      CAMS is a very big company but if you visit Ghaziabad branch then you will feel like you've visited a roadside shop to buy some things..I feel very sad to see that...

        I was unable to apply to an New fund offer in myCAMS.The application data was valid only for 1 week. To the mail I sent on 16th May, my CAMS customer care responded on 25th May saying the NFO is closed and in future if there are issues like this, try again to apply.
        Such a ridiculous and irresponsible feed back. Mr HARIHARAN who responded to be seems to think customers are fools. I strongly object to this approach. Prior to mail, I had tried multiple times and after that only I had sent mail with proofs.

            I am a Senior Citizen aged 80 about years . i had personally given all required documents demanded by your ahmedabad office for transmission of my Morgan Stanley units on 07/12/2020. Sorry to says no communication made by your office to me about transmission. when my son has contacted to your office than they says " Only Certificate of Morgan required" .after that he wish to submit copy of certificate than they told Original certificate required, after that on 30.04.2021 we have submitted Original certificates to your office. but it was very painful to me again this no communication sent by your office . Again we contacted them " Is my request is considered ' than they have no replied and tell they will communicate tomorrow .Next they call to my son and again demand "fresh appliaction for transmission with mentioning Name Change, Change of Contact details, Pan updation request, kyc updation request, banjk updation request. It was surprising to me when all these documents given by me on first request on 07.12.2020 .please look in to the matter and resolve as earliest . it was not poosible to me to visit your office again and again .i had also many other folios also in HDFC MF

                With due respect I bring in your kind notice that I am a IFA and I visited your office at Solan Tehsil and
                Distt SOLAN H P-173212 for complianc KYC and opening of .SIPS of ICICI Prudential Mutual.But I highly regrets the rude behaviour of your staff members who have asked me to out from the office as I was setting in the customers room to complete the formalities.I was shocked to here such a remarks from the your employees of such a esteemed institution who has just gone for I PO.Their behaviours were such that they are the onwer of the Company not as Public Servants. Theirs misdeeds not only hamper my business but also harm the business of Mutual fund House. Kindly correct their conduct and behaviour for the sake of your esteemed organization

                    Have raised request several times through CAMS Delhi office Jhandewalan road by submitting physical form and address / mobile no. Change request.

                    Can you please check one month have been passed but address in not updated in Aditya Birla fund, SBi fund, HDfc mutual fund, Tata mutual fund & L&T mutual fund records.

                    Request to all mutual funds please kindly check my address and mobile no. Address is updated in your record or not if not please can you check with Cams Delhi office where this request is stuck, I have physically submitted form and all the document at there Delhi office.

                      I had submitted all the document required and asked to submit for KYD verification along with dully filled and signed KYD form at 17 August 2020 but till now i did not get my ARN number, not even my hard copy was received to chennai office. I request to raise complaint against CAMS office hazaribagh, all the process was done by an employee named Krishna.

                        I have transferred rs 10000/- from my sbi ac no. #2323 through cams on 06.04.2020 for the purchase of sbi small cap fund, and amount deducted from my account. And it is not showing in my cams transaction. Neithef i got any medhe from cams. My pan no. Angpm6890f. I request you to kindly either refund the amount or adjust in my sbi small cap fund at early.in this regard i raise complaint through cams also. I am enclosing reference no of transaction

                              I am NITIN VALECHA(agra), investor in mutual funds, at starting i had invested in some AMC'S separately, but due to some inconvenience i need to club(consolidate)all my amc's which are processed by cams. So to do so i requested your local cams unit at agra, but they rejected my request at once, stating that they cannot club all amc's and can only process any one amc...and thier reply was so rude and harsh also..please revert me with a genuine reason for such conduct of your employee. Thanks.

However, I never approached this insurance company for an insurance, nor did they approach me before I received this email....

                                I visited cams Bilaspur for Franklin redemption on 16.4.15, a person stated that transaction will be done only in morning session upto 3 pm. I visited again on 18.04.15 at morning and given redemption request for Rs.20000/- as redemption. But no response from cams received for my transaction after so many calls by me. He just assure me that they process my request vide ack no.2046 and given cams raipur contact for further details. I contacted to cams raipur so many times but he say that query has been sent to chennai and no reply received from chennai. I also contacted toll free on franklin, they says that no any request received to them for redemption. This is not proper work by cams due to which when I am in need of money, cams harassing me.                                   Dear Sir/Madam, I am physically handicap Sr Citizen investor in Kolkata of SBI MF. Folio No[protected]. I have given for redemption request . But it was rejected due to there was no bank details in my earlier record. Since then I am continuously harassed by your kolkata park street office a coustomer care officer named RAJASREE and one SPO named SANKAR KARMAKAR. Each and every time they are asking for new documents. When I send my cancel cheque allong with the covering letter with a bearer due to my physical inability .Then he has been asked for my ID Proof Pan card original for verification. When I have send my original Pan card with photocopy then they are asking for my self attestation. My question : 1. Why all the required documents is not mentioned in the rejection letter issued by CAMS ? 2. Why your officer not asking all the documents at a time when bearers goes. 3. How many times a documents attestation required ? When as per your requirement I am sending my original Pan Card for your verification and attestation then why again I have to attest the same for which your SPO was refused to accept all the documents I have send through my bearer. 4.                                     My name is navya bandla, my PAN is AOUPB9249J. on 09/02/2013 i have applied for KYC. after 2 weeks when i enquired in their office, they are saying the status is rejected as its present in NMDL. as per As per point no. 3(d) of SEBI Circular MIRSD/Cir-5/2012 dated April 13, 2012, when existing client approaches any Intermediary, it shall be the responsibility of that Intermediary which downloads the data of the client from the KRA system to update the missing information, do IPV as per requirements (if not done already) and send the relevant supporting documents to KRA for updation of the records.

                                    As per sebi circular CAMS is supposed to upload my information to NMDL and complete the KYC. they are not doing this. they are harassing the investors even after giving all the information

                                    CAMS — SMS received for Lucky draw from SDPC

                                    I have recieved a SMS on 8 Jan 09 that I have won the prize of Rs 200, 000.00 in a draw id 042009 and the msg rcd from mobile number [protected]. Let me verify abuot this draw my mobile number is [protected].
                                    IPV is compulsary for KYC update as per SEBI norms. Any KRA not reject your KYC Application are you provide proper document & process.
                                    IPV : In Person Verification
                                    Authorise person check your Original PAN CARD & Address Proof & Sign in your xerox copy as a IPV.

                                    I am doing many KYC & I have no problem from any KRA. Only follow proper process.

                                      I have invested in Kotak Mid cap (Folio Number : 2006488) and Gold fund(Folio Number :2006489). I have twice sent the request for IPin. I have not received it . 1st time, the request got rejected cause of signature mismatch. Second time, when i called to CAMS, they said they have received the request on 24th Jan. Still now no response / pin has been delivered. Its quite embarrassing cause, the market rates were high when i applied for IPIN and now it has been reduced :( .

                                      There was one more confusion also like, i sent for IPIN but they say, the form is for Email Updation. I have downloaded the form from CAMS website under the category of Online Transaction. Do let me what is the status

                                        I invested Rs. 5000 in SBI MF in March 2006 and the folio number for the same is 7029949. Since investing I had not received any dividends, so I placed a request to understand the same. Exactly before an year I received a letter from cams (service point for SBI MF) that my folio was put in INACTIVE mode as they couldnt trace back the credit in their book of accounts for the investment we made. My wife and I placed a call with CAMS who confirmed that they had some technical issues in their system and for reconciliation process, they would require the bank statement from us that shows the actual debit in our account for the investment we made.

                                        I since then had been communicating with CAMS in their email ID [protected]@camsonline.com and sent a soft copy of the bank statement to release the funds. I received a response to my email ID [protected]@gmail.com that they would require the softcopy to process the same. I sent the courier as requested on 12-Feb-2010 which was received by CAMS Chennai office on 13-Feb, where as the response from CAMS always had been that the courier hadnt been received. Sent three emails to understand the status and I keep getting an auto mail stating that CAMS would revert in 3 working days time - but no response received as yet.

                                        I asked my wife to follow up with CAMS only to notice that they would take their own sweet time to work on this matter. When she wanted to get a commited turn around time for resolving this issue, there was no commitment from CAMS. She had requested a senior official in the call center Ms. Nandita that the problem be escalated to the next higher authority for which they declined stating that they would speak only to the investor personally and not to my wife.

                                        While CAMS were able to interact with my wife after asking some questions for verification till yesterday, I am surprised how things would change in a day - that would not allow them to speak to my wife on this matter.

                                        I am seriously suspecting that there are 1000s of issues with SBI MF & CAMS systems, that they are not able to trace back any of the past transactions and account details too.

                                        My doubt now is whether I'll be getting my money. I had been trying to reach the complaint cell of SBI MF, but no one attend the call too. I have made up my mide that I'll never invest in any of the MF companies that outsource their work to companies like CAMS who do not have a hold on what they are doing.

                                        Thanks for reading this. If I get a resolution through this complaint, I would consider myself to be very lucky.
