[Resolved]  Cams — KYC

My name is navya bandla, my PAN is AOUPB9249J. on 09/02/2013 i have applied for KYC. after 2 weeks when i enquired in their office, they are saying the status is rejected as its present in NMDL. as per As per point no. 3(d) of SEBI Circular MIRSD/Cir-5/2012 dated April 13, 2012, when existing client approaches any Intermediary, it shall be the responsibility of that Intermediary which downloads the data of the client from the KRA system to update the missing information, do IPV as per requirements (if not done already) and send the relevant supporting documents to KRA for updation of the records.

As per sebi circular CAMS is supposed to upload my information to NMDL and complete the KYC. they are not doing this. they are harassing the investors even after giving all the information

CAMS — SMS received for Lucky draw from SDPC

I have recieved a SMS on 8 Jan 09 that I have won the prize of Rs 200, 000.00 in a draw id 042009 and the msg rcd from mobile number [protected]. Let me verify abuot this draw my mobile number is [protected].
IPV is compulsary for KYC update as per SEBI norms. Any KRA not reject your KYC Application are you provide proper document & process.
IPV : In Person Verification
Authorise person check your Original PAN CARD & Address Proof & Sign in your xerox copy as a IPV.

I am doing many KYC & I have no problem from any KRA. Only follow proper process.
