I was unable to apply to an New fund offer in myCAMS.The application data was valid only for 1 week. To the mail I sent on 16th May, my CAMS customer care responded on 25th May saying the NFO is closed and in future if there are issues like this, try again to apply.
Such a ridiculous and irresponsible feed back. Mr HARIHARAN who responded to be seems to think customers are fools. I strongly object to this approach. Prior to mail, I had tried multiple times and after that only I had sent mail with proofs. Was this information helpful? |
