Cams — Transmission o[censored]nits of HDFC Mutual Fund

I am a Senior Citizen aged 80 about years . i had personally given all required documents demanded by your ahmedabad office for transmission of my Morgan Stanley units on 07/12/2020. Sorry to says no communication made by your office to me about transmission. when my son has contacted to your office than they says " Only Certificate of Morgan required" .after that he wish to submit copy of certificate than they told Original certificate required, after that on 30.04.2021 we have submitted Original certificates to your office. but it was very painful to me again this no communication sent by your office . Again we contacted them " Is my request is considered ' than they have no replied and tell they will communicate tomorrow .Next they call to my son and again demand "fresh appliaction for transmission with mentioning Name Change, Change of Contact details, Pan updation request, kyc updation request, banjk updation request. It was surprising to me when all these documents given by me on first request on 07.12.2020 .please look in to the matter and resolve as earliest . it was not poosible to me to visit your office again and again .i had also many other folios also in HDFC MF
