My Home Loan Interest rates have been increased from 10% to 11% without any prior information and there isn't any information given or communicated on the change of Home branch for the Home Load account issued.

Several Emails have been unanswered like over a month's time.

In these tough times of COVID, as I understand there are schemes issued and interest rates are to be given lower. But there is no information communicated on the same.

To top it off, my emails are unanswered as ever.
Can Fin Homes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Customer unable to login

    I own a home loan with canfin home loans. I use to login into customer portal to check balance and other details. Now, this portal is not working. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. So that i can check my details through this portal and check my principal outstanding amount....

    Sir, i bought home loan in canfin homes ltd on previous year mar'19. I paid home loan without delay in every month. Till date, i am not received pm scheme amount i check it online only customer id created other process are pending. Mail send to clss mail id on 16 sep'20 but no reply mail from them. Kindly take necessary action and credit my loan account as soon as possible.

      Sir,
      I have availed a housing loan from can fin homes ltd in 2016 for which I am paying around 10.50% ROI. As per Sanction Letter it is clear that ROI will be changed every Year but since 2016 it is same which is around 3.50% more even after many times Rbi cuts the repo rate . In month of may I met to Branch Manager and clerical staff in Dehradun (Balliwala) Branch but the way clerical staff and Branch Manager talk with a customer is shocking to me. I made a complaint to can fin homes but no action has been taken by the management. And they changed the interest rate from August 2020.
      Many times I have sent mail and reminders for knowing the reason why my interest rate is not changed since 2016 and why my interest rate is not changed from back date. But I have not got any reply from the organisation.
      Therefore I request you to take a action against it and provide me to get my hard earn money back which is charged by the organisation 3.50% extra from last 4 years.

        My balance on loan has just not been reducing and has been the same since months
        Internet banking dies not show the balance at all

              With reference to the above loan, which was started on 01.10.2015, i have been repaying rs 19, 000/- per month.in order to reduce the interest rate as advised by your branch i have paid rs.5909/- on 16.08.2018. After this payment, they have started charging less interest rate but for only next 3 months. After 3 months they started to charge the same interest as before. While paying the amount without any break till now (July 2020) i have approached the branch many times to rectify the same and each time i have been told that they were waiting approval from head office to rectify the same. Its been almost two years since i have been chasing but without any success.

              You are requested to look into the matter urgently and do the necessary at the earliest

                  Sir/Madam .
                  Own house is a dream of middle class people . I fulfilled my dream supported by Canfin. At the time of loan sanction your officials told that the emi tenure is 20 years . But i just knew that its 22 years . At the starting interest rate is 10.99% . Still they are charging 10.99% whereas all banks offering 8% around interest rate . These cause i lost around 2 lakhs in the name of interest and in future how much i dont know .

                  I have contacted Kukatpally canfin branch, They are saying my draw backs Ie. Every month iam paying using NEFT / IMPS instead of ECS and Cheque .For this reason they are not reducing Interest rate

                  Initial days i gave cheques .some times its bounced . As a profession of Private job holder iam unable to get salary on a particular date some times months passing . So i chose NEFT/IMPS method .

                  Since 2 years iam paying regularly in every month .But problem remains is interest rate .

                  Please reduce my interest rate at present scenario (Covid -19 and financial crisis for a private job holder).

                    I challenge canfin if it can provide me any details for these datapoints.

                    1. Do you have any portal where i can see my latest loan statement?
                    2. Do you have any process, i can request for getting my recent loan statement.
                    3. Do you have any way of acknowledgment for a transaction we do online
                    4. Do you respond to any mails

                    In a nutshell, i deposited an amount with canfin koramangala branch, and called the customer care, send many emails etc. Etc... Not even a single response.

                    They also have some excess emi account... The money goes there too..
                    It's my hard-earned money

                    Can somebody advise why we indian citizens go through such pains...

                    Nothing to do with the current lockdown condition. Otherwise also the situation is the same.

                      Canfim online statement is not working. Earlier I used to see my online loan statement with complete details. Its disabled from many months now, and have enabled only provisional and year end statement. There is no transparency in the bank at all.

                            I have been trying to get my loan statement to see outstanding balance of my home loan from last 5 months, but even after multiple interactions with bank guys, they didn't provide it. Website is just useless. Please help me in this regard. I want to know the interest rate and outstanding principal, so that i can plan on changing emi, and it's better to track the monthly deduction every month....

                                A home loan no.[protected] was sanctioned from can fin homes ltd. On[protected] under fixed rate loan scheme [fls] and rate of interest was 9.0% fixed on reducing amount for the tenure of 180 months, emi calculated by bank was rs. 6086 /- per month. Which costs total of rs ‭10, 95, 480‬ /-
                                I am paying rs. 6100/- from february 2006 till now without missing any single instalment. After one and half year, bank has converted the rate of interest from fixed to variable i. E. From 9.0% to 11.0% without informing me nor giving any option to me. As a result, my repaying amount and tenure has been increased.
                                Bank never gave me any statement of my loan account, neither they gave any response to my queries/complaints and personal visits at their branch office in nehru place, new delhi. Also, they never allowed me to meet the branch manager for raising my complaint to him.
                                As on 15 march 2020, i have successfully paid rs. 10, 30, 900‬ /- without any failure and 169 out of 180 emi’s has been paid from my end. As per agreement, only 64, 580 /- is remaining. But bank is saying that an amount of rs. 2, 45, 000 /- (Approx.) of variable interest rate which was illegally converted from my original fixed rate loan scheme [fls].
                                Recently i had sent a notice regarding my complaint to can fin homes ltd., address - no.29/1, sir m n krishna rao road, basavanagudi, bangalore 560004. And they replied to my notice denying every point in my notice complaint. The notice document is uploaded with my complaint.
                                As an active and tax payee consumer i want to register my complaint in consumer helpline and want you take a strict action against the company and help to resolve my issue and rebate the excess amount of rs. 2, 45, 000 /- (Approx.) of variable interest rate which was illegally converted from my original fixed rate loan scheme [fls]. To my loan account number –[protected].

                                    We came to know that canfin homes gachibowli branch issued home loan and disbursed amount for couple of flats of an illegal construction of 6 floors which doesn't even have noc. Property is under court case and we have raised multiple complaints orally by visiting the canfin branch also to stop disbursing amount to buyers as it will be encouraging illegal property but action is not taken. Please take necessary action and investigate further why loan amount is disbursed for a property which doesn't have proper permission and laid 6 floors in 311sqyds area. Property mig-2 879, is located in kphb colony, hyderabad.
