Can Fin Homes — Delay in getting Loan outstanding details

It's been over 20 days I have requested the loan closure - loan outstanding letter,
I have followed the escalation matrix and expressed in the email.
Despite, I have not received any email or call from the authorized individuals.

I have received the loan sanction and that is valid for 30 days.
I have to complete all the paper works submission within today.

I have been following up with the bank manager daily, and he has confirmed that he has no power and option to get me the details, as everything has to be triggered from the head office.

It is really unacceptable and shows the lack of customer service from Canfin.
The purpose I am transferring the loan to another bank is, Canfin has added unaccountable amount to my principal amount which does not make sense and no explanation was given to me and no intimation was given to me regarding the change in ROI, and no proper guidance and response from the branch. I have explained all this to Canfin PRO and no action was taken and no one reverted to me regarding this. On top of it just for getting this outstanding letter I need to wait for 25-30 days is something weird on top of the hill.

Being a loyal customer at canfin, paying extra EMI every month without a single due, I was not offered with any top-up loan when requested. I am paying 10.25% as interest since 2016 despite paying multiple charges like 12500, 9000 for reducing my ROI. They reduce the interest for one month later the next month they change it to 10.5%.

If i ask for an explanation there is no response, the bank manager calls himself that he is a puppet in front of the head office and he is just a postman.

This is ridiculous service...
I will have to audit the re-payment statement and call Canfin for an explanation.
