Can Fin Homes — pre closure problems

I have requested for preclosure on 31-aug-2018 and no one contacted me, i tried calling the manager and canfin devanahalli landline, no responded. After sending few escalation mails, one branch person named girish called and he was busy on[protected], asked what needs to be done i said i wanted to preclosure my loan before the ecs 5th september kicks in. He requested for deactivation and said we will close the loan after checking the ecs is taken or not. Ecs company (Ingenico) responded that ecs is deactivated, but ecs 42000 was debited from my account. When asked about it branch person rohan told he will refund the money once it gets credited into their account on 7th september. When called now 12th september girish is saying they will cut the interest for 11 days and refund the balance which it will take 1 more week.

When i asked for preclosure on 31st itself why the deactivation process is not started and why i have to pay interest for bank staff mistakes... Also my ecs amount they are asking me to come to bank to collect it.

I also asked that i need to speak to branch manager they are saying he is not available.

Pls refund my ecs amount and resolve the issue

Most corrupt and lazy institution I have ever seen.

It's been 15 days since I'm waiting for my bank loan closure letter, but still no response from your end. Requesting you to kindly provide the closure letter at the earliest.

I would like to close my Loan Account which was held at Kukatpally Canfin for which I requested a letter of out standing on 8/06/2021.
But still now i did not receive any update regarding the same. While contacting Branch Mr Bhaskar and Vittal are saying that they are being sent reminders to Regional Office. Still now I am unable to Get a Letter of Outstanding. Due to delay if Buyer fails to purchase property who will bear my financial losses.Baskar and Vital gave the Banglore number and mail id.They were not lift the phone. I was sent 20 mails to banglore greiveance but no response. Nobody listen my problem in Hyderabad branch. I am working woman I couldn't handle this type of people. Please help on this.
