I have been interacting with one employee . She spoke very rudely and she disconnected the call in between while speaking.
I have requested for loan statement to submit it to my company today
She rudely spoke and told me that by 5PM only she can send.
For sending the loan statement how can it take the entire day seriously I dont understand.
I asked the same question to her why it will take one day to send the statement and she just disconnected the call
Such a RUDE behaviour. If I ask doubts also she didn't explain it to me clearly.
Please give minimum respect to customers and also I will raise this complaint to the next level if it is required Was this information helpful? |
