[Resolved] Canara Bank — aadhaar number not seeded with npci mapper | |||
I have an savings bank account with canara bank madhyamgram branch, kolkata. I asked the branch to link my aadhaar number with npci mapper so that i can receive the dbt and government subsidies. I submitted the npci mapper form with lpg id and other relevant documents. They link the aadhaar number with my account but didn't link with npci. Upon questioning them they provided false and forged information that they have updated with npci but in reality it wasn't. Now they are saying that they don't have this facility at their branch. I have purchased a product on Amazon but it is cancelled by some reason . The refund was initiated by Amazon but it is not credited to my account by canara bank .The order is on 31st may 2019 .My transaction no. is[protected].please credit my balance of Rs 264 as soon as possible. and also tell the reason behind that...

My debit card is not working for online transaction. It always show " your card is declined by the bank". This card is not working from the starting. This only works on Atm machines.
I was trying to do payment for credit card from Phone pay UPI app, the transaction failed but amount got debited from the account of Rs 3100
The transaction of rupees 1000 was not dispensed by the atm but debited from my account on 29 june
