Canara Bank — about refund status from amazon

I had purchased a product from amazon on 8th may through my canara bank debit card. Due to technical issues i had returned back the product on 10th may to the same amazon seller. They had intimated me that amount will be refunded by 16th may. But still im yet to receive any refunded amount. I have been contacting both bank and amazon but still my issue is unresolved.
