We had ordered a product on 19th april 2019 and we had made the payment through debit card later due to some reasons we cancelled the product on the same day itself and from the amazon the refund amount has been initiated on the same but still we have not received our amount back and we had called to the customer care of canara bank but we didn't receive proper response so kindly see the status of this issue and make sure that i receive the amount at the earliest.
