Dear sir Name prasanna kumar c branch t dasarahalli jalahalli branch bangalore ifsc code cnrb0003195 my account number (Protected) I purchased a product on amazon on 6th may 2019 using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked them for refund as per their confirmation refund was initiated on 13th of this month maximum time frame was 5 business days he had refunded the amount 8.9990. Rupees. Still it was not reflected, in my account they had provided refund reference number as 122118 I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response hence i mail please check and confirm the status please Was this information helpful? | |||

I had ordered a product on 13/04/19 on Amazon. It Was supposed to be delivered on 20/04/19. On enquiry, Refund of amount 237/- was initiated on 01/05/19. was supposed to get the amount by 08/05/19. And I have not yet received the refund amount till now. Refund reference number is[protected]. Kindly do the needful. Thank you
