Canara Bank — Amazon initiated refund but not credited to account | |
I have ordered a product of Rs. 1549 ( Nirlon gas compatible non stick aluminum cookware set, 6 pieces, red / black ) in Amazon on 13th November 2020. Order was delivered on 18th November 2020 and I returned this order on 19th November 2020 due to some personal reason. And on 19th November 2020 amazon initiated the amount to my card but still I didn't got the money. Amazon sent this reference number ( 30005103180318224863847 ) and told me to file a a charged dispute form in Canara bank. Caranra bank doesn't have such policy.
