Canara Bank — Amazon online shopping visa payment

I have bought a fitness band in the month of March 27 2017 and returned it the next day. Amazon has processed the refund on April 4th 2017. However, i haven't received my refund till date.

Also, i have sent many emails to canara bank, visited home branch manger advised to send email to [protected]@canarabank.com, no reply yet. Also i have submitted all the details about the refund to bank via email and application where is my money.
Amazon has sent an confirmation email that they have processed the refund and manager doesn't know what to do.

I have recently opened 1 Sukanya Samriddhi Account for my daughter with canara bank in Hyderabad. I want to know if i can link this account for internet transactions to my existing canara bank account. If yes, what is the process, i tried adding the account number directly but its coming invalid account number while adding online.
