Canara Bank — amount debited from my account

Hello, my name is chirag goswami
I have canara bank account[protected] from varachha road, surat branch.
I made a fund transfer of ₹5000 to other bank account on 15th july 2019,
It shows transaction failed and amount got debited from my bank account,
And thn i called customer care regarding this issue and they told me to wait untill it reflect back to your account it will take minimum 1 hour to maximum to maximum transaction day + 3 days. So as per t+3 days. I should get the money before 19th july, but still i haven’t received my funds back.
I called customer care regarding this so they told me that sorry we cannot do anything kindly contact your bank.
Thn i contact my bank but even bank is telling me that we can only try our best nothing else can be done from our side..

Pathetic banking service ever!!
Nowadays there’s a big increment of this type of transactions..
It seems canara bank is going to flew away with tons of money..

Give me my money back!!!
