I order a Nokia phone from Amazon on 20-06-19 but then I request for a refund as the order in not delivered on delivery date the refund is initiated by Amazon on 17-07-19 and the Message says the amount is reflected in your account on 23 July 2019 but the amount is not credited in my camera bank account so I need to file a dispute as the refund not processed the refund reference number is[protected] so kindly help me

    Respected sir I am deepti kushwah .I have opened a saving account in canera bank branch kundol.almost 5 month have passed but the new passbook is not issued till now.I have visited at the branch many times for new pass book .but every time they did not give me a new passbook.really canera bank service is very poor as well as the staff behaviour is very poor

      Payment made to amazon-11/7/19.
      Order cancelled and refund initiated by amazon -20/7/19.
      Maximum days taken to refund by amazon - 25/7/19 (5days).
      Amazon already paid to your bank before 25/7/19.
      But your bank is taking too much time to refund it to account. (45days from transaction date).
      Kindly please check out and take necessary action.

          Poor consumer service prevails in Canara bank, alagapuram branch, salem. No sense of duty, service and responsibility is shown. My mom waited for 3 hours to get back the jewel today after paying the loan amount.

            I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and otp was going to my old number.

            I went to the bank and applied for updation of registered mob number. But they are very careless. My transactions are pending for months as this one is my primary account.

            I visited the bank several times, wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

            I called customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but bank official deosnt understand. Customer care official told me to send e-mail complaints too, to some id's. I did that too, but no reply...!

            I am really upset as there is a lots of things pending.
            I want my number changed asap.

              I tried to withdraw 2000 rs cash from canara bank atm placed in iit hyderabad campus at kandi, telangana (Atm id - canatm[protected] on 21/07/2019 but didn't receive cash. Transaction id[protected]. Didn't receive any receipt from atm as chose no receipt option initially. A message of cash withdrawn by me came at the same time. Hope it resolves the issue.

                On 21 july, 2019, i was at the kempegowda international airport bengaluru, as i couldn't find a canara bank atm i had to go to a kotak bank atm present there. I entered my pin and cash amount. But the cash didn't come out. I got a sms of balance deduction but in the atm reciept it was written that cash not dispenced. What should i do?? How much time will it take to refund my cash?

                  I ordered 1 item from amazon on 5 th of july. As i have not like d the product quality, so what have to return back.
                  I returned back the product on 11th of july they said that i will be receiving amout on my bank account as i have paid in cash the whole amount of rs 349. I will receive my money within 3-5 business days.
                  Today it has been a week, but still i have not received my amount.
                  Kindly do the necessary proceedings.

                    I made a fund transfer of ₹5000 to other bank account on 15th july 2019,
                    It shows transaction failed and amount got debited from my bank account,
                    And thn i called customer care regarding this issue and they told me to wait untill it reflect back to your account it will take minimum 1 hour to maximum...

                    I was ordering the food on 6 July 2019 through Zomato App that order got failed and that could not be placed because of payment gateway failure. I contacted them their reply is that the refund is auto initiated and it takes 4-5 working day for the amount to reflect in my source from the date of transaction but since the day its been more than 12 days now that amount doesnt reflect in my source account. Kindly take initiatives to get that amount back into my account.

                              July 2019 at 10.28pm but the transaction fail and amount debited from my canara bank account so not credited to sbi account retail. I got message that amount of rs.3000 debited to your account. First time it's happened to me not before.

                                Not indimate bank in deduct my account balance for education loan ...to deduct my sholarship amount to deduct the bank ..i am canot pay the college fees..so refund the deduct amount ..i am pay the college fees..this year end of my engineering course next pay to my education loan amount .so, kindly deduct my account balance to refund my account

                                    I purchased a product on amazon on 10th of june using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 22nd of june month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account.                                     I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                                      निवेदन यह है कि मैंने 5/7/2019 को कैशबीन एप्लीकेशन की एक ईएमआई पे की थी, 6451 Rs की Mobikwik wallet से अपने केनरा बैंक के अकाउंट नंबर[protected] से । मेरे इस अकाउंट नंबर से 6451 Rs उसी दिन कट गए ।
                                      लेकिन कैशवीन एप्लीकेशन में मेरी यह ट्रांजैक्शन अभी तक दिखा नहीं रहा है। कैशवीन एप्लीकेशन वालों से मैंने कॉल पर बात की तो वह बोल रहे थे कि यहां आपकी ट्रांजैक्शन दिखा नहीं कर रहा है। कैमरा बैंक कस्टमर केयर नंबर पर बात की तो, उन्होंने बोला कि अपनी होम ब्रांच में संपर्क करें। 11/07/2019 को मैं अपनी होम ब्रांच में गया, यहां से भी मेरा कोई सलूशन नहीं हुआ ।
                                      कृपया सर मेरी इस समस्या का समाधान जल्द से जल्द करने की कृपा करें।
