Canara Bank — amount debited in my account but I didn't get the cash from atm

I have my salary account in canara bank # 3 mth road, padi, chennai, tamilnadu-600050 my account number[protected] account holder name :r. Deepak suresh kumar. On 10/01/2018 time 5 pm to 6.45 pm between this time period i was withdrawing amount of rs 8000/- from axis bank atm in kovur eb, i didnt get cash but i received a message that the amount has been debited. So refund my amount as soon as possible. Kindly do the need ful
