Canara Bank — amount debited in my account but not credited to the beneficiary

On 10.06.2019 I made a transfer of Rs 5000 and 1000 total amount 6000 imps through my canara bank mobile banking & from my saving account and Amount debited in my account, but until now the amount is not credited to beneficiary account. For your notice I hereby mentioning that Please resolve my issue as early as possible. Request you to please refund my money if transaction is not successful.
