This is to inform you that Myself Ramamukherjee working at Delhi International Airport-T3 in the Organisation Airindia Sats holding canara bank account with Branch Jhanjra Colony West Bengal of Canara bank.

Sir, I was at my office at T-3 on 08Jun'19(0700 To 1500Hrs) and recieved a message at 1444hrs of withdrawn of Amount INR 3500 which took place in Gurugram got to know by you, whereas I have not done any transaction on the date 08th of June as the Debit card was with me while performing duty.

You are requested to Please look into the matter and help me to get my Amount refunded back to my account which was not withdrawn by me.

    Hello sir, i am vikram i have an account in in canara bank. I did pos transaction of rs 839 on 23 may 2019 at 7:53:58 pm at Benneton store NH1 ambala haryana and my transaction was failed. And then i did another pos transaction of the same amount at 7:54:39 and the second transaction was successful with approval code 141423. As my account is debited twice with rs 839 but only one transaction was successful of same amount at that time and i did not get my refund yet. Please help me by reverse the transaction of rs 839.

      amount debited in my account but not credited to the beneficiary

      On 10.06.2019 I made a transfer of Rs 5000 and 1000 total amount 6000 imps through my canara bank mobile banking & from my saving account and Amount debited in my account, but until now the amount is not credited to beneficiary account. For your notice I hereby mentioning that Please resolve my issue as early as possible. Request you to please refund my money if transaction is not successful....

      Hi sir,

      I applied and approved mortgage loan in your bank for 30lks .once after approval of my loan, manger deducted 10k from my account without any intimation . Later after 20 days of my loan disbursement he started calling and asked me to pay 18k for home insurance for 30 years and told that this is a mandatory which I objected it
      Now after 5 months he is deducting bal amt for insurance and remaining amt has loan over due .
      I am not understanding that if I am taking any loan from any bank should keep quiet till full repayment . Even if bank manger playing rediculos games with me.
      Now I am really scared about security for accounts in canara bank which also can handle by bank manger .
      If insurance is mandatory to pay after getting home loan . Then we need a proper mail and full details about insurance .without providing any details how can he pay the insurance without intimating and making my loan over due.
      And now when we are raising then he is threatening us to pay amount totally.
      I need to take a proper action on him, for this

          I am not able to register to internet banking because of the below mentioned problem.When i tried to register it gave me a message like this:"First name/Last name/Fullname are mandatory fields and they might not be maintained properly with bank, Please contact branch".It is very much necessary for me to register to net banking.So please do look into the problem and kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

            I purchase online mobile from amazon but due to undelivered phone is going back to company. For this purchase I done online payment. Now amazon is said they refund my money in my account on 07/06/2019 but it doesn’t credit in my account.

            The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for that transaction is[protected].
            Please take a necessary action as soon as posible.

              Dear sir,

              I had purchased a cooler from amazon and I had cancelled that order and they have processed the amount on the same day on 31 may but still the amount has not reflected in my account. They have given the reference no. to me that is[protected].please do the needful Sir your customer care executive are also not giving me proper revert. I am very disappointed by the service of canara bank. I want my money back.

                I purchased a product on amazon on 31 may using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on the same night but today is 10 the day Still it has not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response and they are unable to track my amount they also told me there is no mean of this reference number so that is why I am mailing you. Please check and confirm the status i want my moneyback this kind of service I am not expecting with canara bank.

                  I booking a ticket from irctc on 06 june 2019 amount debit from bank but ticket not booked. i irctc site show that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account on 09 june 2019 but still now i didn't receive amount.i call irctc customer service they are blaming the bank and similarly when asked to Canada bank customer care they are blaming irctc. i go bank said to bank employee check transaction id then employee said how we check it irctc transaction id.

                    Somebody called from mobile no [protected] and [protected] and collected by OTP by saying this call is from bank and to open your blocked bank account. And I received massage that Rs 50000 is debited from my account.

                    Than after again i received a call for asking OTP and on doubt I didn't given, than after he called 7-8 times. Now how can we take our money back?

                      I ordered doc martin shoes on 24 may 2019 and return the same shoes and did not get refund yet, as the amazon customer service provider says the refund has been initiated by them on 28 may 2019 of rs 999 and transaction id of refund by amazon is 525687. Bt i did not get my refund yet in my account as i the refund should be credited in my debit card. Bt there is no refund is credited in my account.

                        I added the 100 rs on amazon pay on 1st June of this month using my canara bank debit card but the money is not added and the amount was deducted from Bank and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 1st of this month maximum time frame was 4 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                          Respected sir - Canara bank - Malkajgiri, Vani nagar . Hyderabad. My father is close to 90 years old .
                          We dissolved a fixed deposit and had to visit 3 times to take our cash .
                          Couple of people at counters are very rude and when approached bank manager, to our utter shock, she was quoting rules, apperantly, staff did not know about and was helping someone to withdraw cash in manager cabin . One of the customer actually got Vip service and could count cash in her cabin and walked out.

                          Am sure we can verify, date 10 jun, time around 1145 hrs . We have footage these days .
                          This discrimination is totally unacceptable, and even so, when temperatures are crossing 45.

                          I request you to kindly represent this on our behalf and stop this discriminating behaviour.

                          I hold account for more than 20 years, not any more, me, my family and friends would never like to be ill treated by your staff and more so over, indifferent treatment by manager .

                            I want to know that when the failed imps transaction money will be refunded back.
                            I made the transaction today for rs 300 via canbank app through MPIN but unlikely the transaction failed and money was debited from my account . Please let me know when will it be refunded. It was very bad experience with this app and please try to resolve this problem ASAP

                              nmmb charges deducted even though minimum balance is being maintained

                              I have been maintaining Minimum Balance in my account. Even then, the NMMB account is deducted for 3 successive months.

                              Also, Rs.18 is deducted towards SMS charges. I have not opted for any SMS and haven't received any SMS regarding this account till now.

                              Please stop deduction of these unnecessary charges.

                              Regarding my grand mothers death claim application, all documents required for death claim application are submitted to the bank. Now the requirement is, in the letter of authority we have authorised a person among us to get the claim but now bank person says all legal heirs should be physically sign on the letter of authorisation at the bank. Is it really required? if so why it is mandatory to get sign on claim form to get it signed in presence of village head or equivalent?

                                    I am working under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme and my salary was regularly credited on my canara bank SB account, and various other transaction done through my SB account. But for the past 5 month i cant make any transaction through my SB account like my salary was not credited, LPG subsidy not credited for more than 5 months. More 2 months i approached bank in personal, but they didn't even listen to me. So kindly do need full to get my salary and subsidy credited to my account.
