Canara Bank — amount debited not refunded

This is sudesh sharma,
I was trying to book railway tickets using my debit card, respective balance was deducted from the account but tickets were not booked. Cause problem was caused by bank cvv as amount was not properly processed. I lodged a complaint with canara bank on 15/09/2018 but till now i am not refunded.

I contacted customer care on 20th september 2018, they told me my balance will be refunded within one week.
