Canara Bank — amount deducted

Some unauthorized charges are deducted from myaccount.
My account number is[protected].
I have not done any transaction but on 5th of April Rs. 479.98 has been deducted by Amazon.
Upon contacting with Amazon customer care they confirmed that they have not deducted any such amount from my account.
Hence I want to raise a dispute regarding this.
And request bank to help me getting back the amount.
My ATM card is with me safely and there is no need to block my card. Kindly do the needful ASAP and help me out
