I purchased a product on amazon on 08th of april using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 17 th of april maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund the amount of rs.5, 99 .refund reference number[protected]

    For some reason I cancel my order and Amazon refund me 1649 on 24 th April 2019.
    But today 04 May 2019 but refunded amount not credited in my Canara Bank account.

    till now 4th May 2019 my problem not solve we are waiting for credit my money in my bank account pls look in this matter seriosaly...i am highly oblised you...
    Dear if my problem resolved then why I complain you.
    You check it now till now 1649 not credited to my bank account.
    If my pending balance 1649 show in my bank account then why I contact you and complain you.
    I request you please check and credit my pending balance 1649 in my bank account which credited by Amazon on 24 April 2019.
    I already attached a copy of refund.
    I again attached copy of refund please look in Matter and solve my problem.
    I have no complain to any one if my amount credited in my bank account.
    So please take it one High level and solve my issue and credit my refund.

      Some unauthorized charges are deducted from myaccount.

      I have not done any transaction but on 5th of April Rs. 479.98 has been deducted by Amazon.
      Upon contacting with Amazon customer care they confirmed that they have not deducted any such amount from my account.
      Hence I want to raise a dispute regarding this.

      For the last two transactions since yesterday I am not getting the debit detila through sms in my mobile.Could you please do the needful in sending the sms whenever i do debit card transaction.
      Kindly note the same facility was available till but last two transactions.

          Sir I tried transacting ₹2000 from my Canara bank account number[protected] around 3:15 a.m and 3:16 a.m .I got the message amount was deducted and my balance guy reduced each time. Then next minute I got the message your transaction has been tinned out for both times. Amount didn't credited in beneficiary's account also..
          Please kindly verify and refund my money.

            My 2 refunds generated by the company last week and a week before it have still not been credited to my account.
            Even my refunds of january which cost 1300 have also not been credited to my account yet. I called the customer care team regarding the january refund and they sent a letter to the head for the same.
            I hope you understand its not a joke

              Amazon initiated the refund on 1st april. But no refund was given for weeks. When contact, they provided me with an reference number and said to contact my bank and talk about this issue. But bank says this reference number deos not exists. Then, amazon says to file a charge dispute. But canara didnt do so, saying it requires more then 45 days to file a charge dispute. Here's my reference number : 74332749092909077724349

                Sir i have a canara bank account at dharmasthala branch. About 6 months ago the sms alert charge from my account was deducted from the money i received from the bank. When i went to the bank and gave me an application that i did not want to sms alert. I already submitted the application to the bank but after 3 months the money was dropped again he said he would not cut back anymore but after three months, there has been a reduction in money. When i inquired about this, i had to remove the mobile number from my account so that i would not be able to pay further. My atm debit card is not working properly since i gave the bank an application. Otp is coming to my mobile but not online transaction.in the petrol pump, not in the store, the government says it's cashless on the one hand and if you look at the charge that people charge this charge me daylight robbery then if you do not take action for this matter then i'll do the next idea. So request you to take action as soon as possible. Thank you nagaraja rao

                  As i canceled a product on amazon on 20th of this month. As per their confirmation the refund was intiated on 25th of this month the time was frame on 5 days. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332749111911063945497. I had contacted your costumer service number there is no response hence i mail you. P lease check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going file in banking ombudsman

                            My name is vivek. I had ordered a product worth rs. 197.00 from amazon.in on 19th september 2018 and paid through sbi internet banking. I had returned the product back to amazon.in on 19th october 2019 due to personal reason.

                            On 19th october 2019, amazon.in had processed a refund amount of rs. 197.00 to the original payment method. However, i still haven't received the credit in my sbi bank account. Amazon.in provided me with a refund reference number "# igaejspar0" and told me to file a charge dispute in the bank. However, the sbi says that they don't have such a policy.

                            Hence, please look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest as it has been nearly 6 months now.

                                Hello, i had ordered a profuct from amazon (Paid through debit card) on later day i had cancelled it... They said me it will take upto 5 working day for the amount to be transferred in your account.. Now today i had a conversation with amazon cc and they said me that the amound has been refunded from our end and this is the reference no.[protected]
                                But the amount hasnt been updated yet in my account.. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible!
