Sir i have a canara bank account at dharmasthala branch. About 6 months ago the sms alert charge from my account was deducted from the money i received from the bank. When i went to the bank and gave me an application that i did not want to sms alert. I already submitted the application to the bank but after 3 months the money was dropped again he said he would not cut back anymore but after three months, there has been a reduction in money. When i inquired about this, i had to remove the mobile number from my account so that i would not be able to pay further. My atm debit card is not working properly since i gave the bank an application. Otp is coming to my mobile but not online transaction.in the petrol pump, not in the store, the government says it's cashless on the one hand and if you look at the charge that people charge this charge me daylight robbery then if you do not take action for this matter then i'll do the next idea. You check it now till now 1649 not credited to my bank account.
If my pending balance 1649 show in my bank account then why I contact you and complain you.
I request you please check and credit my pending balance 1649 in my bank account which credited by Amazon on 24 April 2019.
I already attached a copy of refund.
I again attached copy of refund please look in Matter and solve my problem.
I have no complain to any one if my amount credited in my bank account.
So please take it one High level and solve my issue and credit my refund.
