My 2 refunds generated by the company last week and a week before it have still not been credited to my account.
Even my refunds of january which cost 1300 have also not been credited to my account yet. I called the customer care team regarding the january refund and they sent a letter to the head for the same.
I hope you understand its not a joke

    Amazon initiated the refund on 1st april. But no refund was given for weeks. When contact, they provided me with an reference number and said to contact my bank and talk about this issue. But bank says this reference number deos not exists. Then, amazon says to file a charge dispute. But canara didnt do so, saying it requires more then 45 days to file a charge dispute.       Sir i have a canara bank account at dharmasthala branch. About 6 months ago the sms alert charge from my account was deducted from the money i received from the bank. When i went to the bank and gave me an application that i did not want to sms alert. I already submitted the application to the bank but after 3 months the money was dropped again he said he would not cut back anymore but after three months, there has been a reduction in money. When i inquired about this, i had to remove the mobile number from my account so that i would not be able to pay further. My atm debit card is not working properly since i gave the bank an application. Otp is coming to my mobile but not online transaction.in the petrol pump, not in the store, the government says it's cashless on the one hand and if you look at the charge that people charge this charge me daylight robbery then if you do not take action for this matter then i'll do the next idea. So request you to take action as soon as possible. Thank you nagaraja rao

        As i canceled a product on amazon on 20th of this month. As per their confirmation the refund was intiated on 25th of this month the time was frame on 5 days. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332749111911063945497. I had contacted your costumer service number there is no response hence i mail you. P lease check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going file in banking ombudsman

          I purchased a product on 12th of this month using my canara bank debit card same was not received i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated 17th of thi month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number[protected].
          I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response. Please check and confirm the status.
          Please refund amount asap.

          I ordered a yoga slim fit Capri and I requested refund on 11 April and I had not received any confirmation of transaction through bank while Amazon service is telling us that they had already processed the refund from their side.

            I haven't received my refund yet from amazon and the amazon is saying that they have transferred it and give me the reference i'd which is[protected] and told me to talk to bank but the bank is not giving my money saying that it has not been transfer from amazon only i don't know what to do know please help me my account number is[protected] canara bank

                  My name is vivek. I had ordered a product worth rs. 197.00 from amazon.in on 19th september 2018 and paid through sbi internet banking. I had returned the product back to amazon.in on 19th october 2019 due to personal reason.

                  On 19th october 2019, amazon.in had processed a refund amount of rs. 197.00 to the original payment method. However, i still haven't received the credit in my sbi bank account. Amazon.in provided me with a refund reference number "# igaejspar0" and told me to file a charge dispute in the bank. However, the sbi says that they don't have such a policy.

                  Hence, please look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest as it has been nearly 6 months now.

                      Hello, i had ordered a profuct from amazon (Paid through debit card) on later day i had cancelled it... They said me it will take upto 5 working day for the amount to be transferred in your account.. Now today i had a conversation with amazon cc and they said me that the amound has been refunded from our end and this is the reference no.[protected]
                      But the amount hasnt been updated yet in my account.. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible!

                                  My account number is[protected] and i made a withdrawal of rs. 10000 at a sbi atm today but the cash was not dispensed as there was an abrupt electricity cut and atm machine was shutdown while counting cash. Please make a refund of the same.
                                  I have already contacted customercare but unfortunately they could not help me. It is my hard earned money and i am really in a buzz right from the unsuccessful deduction from my bank account. Please help me out and refund the amount as early as possible.

                                    Canara bank is the worst bank in the world, they dont have etiquettes how to treat there customers, they are cheaters.
                                    This is second time i am filing this form i didnt got any reply on my first one. No refunds are coming to my back account.
                                    And they are not at all assiting me, they are rude, arrogant and useless people.

                                    I am very much disappointed and planning to change this bank.

                                      I have ordered a recording mic from amazon but the product was damage.
                                      So i returned the product to amazon and request to refund my amount of rs.169
                                      They refunded balance to my canara bank account but the amount is not reflecting in my account. They refunded the money on[protected] in my account. Reference no. Of transaction rs, 169 is[protected].

                                        I ordered a product from amazon using canara bank debit card and later i asked for refund for the product

                                        "refund of rs.1399.00 was processed on 14 april 2019. This amount should have been credited to your account by 22 april 2019." as per amazon.

                                        Your reference number for this transaction is 74332749105910495988982.
                                        Amazon is saying that they have already transfered the amount but your bank is not transfering in your account.
                                        Please resolve the issue.
