Canara Bank — amount of rs.10000/- not credited back to my account even though the same is failed as shown in transaction history | |||
I transferred an amount of rs.10000/- from my sb acct.[protected] with canara bank through that banks mobile app, ref[protected] on 23/09/2019, to my husbands acct in other bank. But the transaction failed and this amount of rs 10000/- has still not been credited back to my above sb acct. Even though, i lodge a written complaint with the bank, no action has been taken till now and more than a week has passed. Sir, please look into the matter and arrange to credit back the amount of rs 10000/- back to my account at the earliest.
