Hello. My name is mr tanuj zachariah. I was doing online netbanking of rs 349 consequently for 3 times. First two times it cleared without any problems. But 3rd time during the payment stage after all passwords entered, it says 'transaction failed' and returns me to home screen. But as soon as that happens, message comes that amount is debited from account. It is not showing in purchase history but in bamk statement it is there. Request you to kindly refund the amount back to the account.
