Canara Bank — ATM security guard | |||
Hi, Being a resident of immadihalli, Whitefield main road, Bangalore, i wanted to bring to your awareness about the security guards misbehaviour who was working in night shift on 10 Mar 2017 . Your security person was extremely drunk and was involved in a fight with his cousins, there were 4 of them including him. I wanted to withdraw money from your ATM at around 12 o clock Friday night, but due their inconvenience I couldn't . Also they started to abuse me when I tried to interrupt. I'm pretty sure all the four involved are wiring as a security guards in the resident ATM's. I would appreciate your quick action in this. I had also called up the police, not sure if any action was taken. Please do consider the consequences of people feeling insecure if the person who is deployed as a security behaves rudely . Also i called up your customer care, but I couldn't register a complaint as they kept on playing a round Robin of transferring the call after finally a person kept me on mute for more than 5 mins, so I hung up.
