Do u organise bank or any other fisherman market... U people dont know how to maintain a bank... U must look your offize staff first... Manager, co workers everyone speak a filthy language... Yes ofcourse its a rural area... U people only give proper response to those people... Who give the rights to raise ur voice. U people cum forward and look other banks... Not at all a bank... U just see the grocery shops... Shame on u...

And also before 15 days I tranferred 5000*through net banking from another account... After that I didnt debit any amount from account coz of card missing... Now ur staff told that am having 0 balance... For ur reference

    Respected sir,
    We wish to encroach a few of your valuable golden time for poor women agriculture family SHGs.it is not a complaint it is a grievance latter to put on your table for genuine consideration.

    We are SERD NGO workings for the last 25 years and operating self help in Madurai RO and Thirunelvi RO in Madurai circle office.

    In Manjoor Canaran Bank bank branch 52 SHGs paid their loans and waiting upto one year and above.SHG's leader approached branch manager several time for loan to shg, but manager told them to bring NGO representative then he told to the group leader there is no act to give loan to SHG so you go anywhere to Complaint me like he said every time.then it is not my fate to give the loan to shg so unable to give loan to shg.in addition to that he is not interest to service to the public.
    In my question is where we go to submit our grievenience?you are a CGM please to take necessary steps to this poor agriculture family women self help group, they are all depending the branch last 10 years and repaid fourth linkage to the bank waiting for fifth loan still one year.we are ready to submit before your table on all group loan repaid documents for your kind ready reference.
    We have sent mail to GM, DGM circle ofice madurai.
    We had been met branch mager in manjoor branch last week with ShG's group leader.he told us unable to give the loan to repaid groups go anywhere complaint me, who's father's money i give the loan to you.if you want to close the savings account, today give the letter to branch then i will give the closing letter to you.you go other bank to open acccount like he told us.it is not healthy reply, we had felt at that time.Always use unofficial words.
    If you want enqutiry in branch we can bring all group leader before your investigation at any time.All groups are depending agriculture family in rural areas and operating sb account in this branch.but he refused the group finance even though many groups paid their dues monthly wise and they are waiting further linkage every month nearly 20 groups for further loan.the branch manager to tell the group leader to close your savings account and go other bank not give loan to this branch.why waiting for loan ? here like he told. This word was very fed up.we are support to repay the loan to the branch and follow up every month.if they give further loan to paid groups step by step then the groups are interesting to involve group activity.

      I did 2 times.amount taken from my account but not credited to the person.

          Not Receiving SMS alerts when debit card is used for cash withdrawal at ATM as well as for shopping

          Our two mobile numbers have been registered with you on which we get our balance information from you on giving missed call only.
          However, for more than a year we do not receive any SMS at all when we use ATM card for cash withdrawal or shopping.
          We have repeatedly complained in this respect to the concerned branch...

            Canara bank taramandal branch (gorakhpur) had taken rs 3500 for processing to pass the home loan ..but this branch did not pass the loan and moreover not returning my fees..now the branch is saying your loan will not pass..therefore its my request to u if the loan will not pass why they should take money from customers... Its completely cheat...Now i want they should refund my fees...

No one online there to give the updates or resolve my issues even when i call in your head-office they put my call and cut it down its very insulting manner . I didn't use your app still i get verification code, in any case I loose my money through your app I will claim in court I am not your client who's under your terms and conditions and make some proper way to contact you dont show that how much stupid you are.

                    Dear sir, As i apporach the Canara bank wadakanchery branch for commence the family pension due to death of my husband with all documents; the bank officials are saying that they have to wait for notification letter from cppc, and their coordinates very poor. So I humbly request you to call the bank manager or officials regarding the pension and make speedup to commence also send letter from cppc. They are not accepting or checking emails. Already I got email and call from cppc, with respect to that I apporach the bank. The same email cppc send to the branch but they didn't respond or checking that. They are saying only that didn't got any emails. They work with only normal letter notification process. So please call them and intimate for the process. Also they are not receiving the documents from me. Kindly do needful help. Attaching documents.

                        I m a customer of canara bank at mumbra branch . I wanted a new pass book as my old pass book pages was over the only last page was there so i reqested for the new one but canara bank employee refuse to give me new pass book so went to the branch manager her name is Anjali lokhande i told her about this and also about the problem i have faced before. Not even looking at my face and on my pass book she said " nai milega new pass book usne bola hai na" and she is busy with her work on computer . Is this the way to behave and talk to your cutomer and give this kind of service . The manager herself is behaving in this manner then to whom cutomer should go and tell the problem.

                          Sir,

                          i have been to your branch regarding update of my passbook and receiving of my new debit card from the
                          bank. on request to the clerk he says that i must bring my old debit card to get the new one. on
                          wanting
                          a clarification on why i should bring my old card to receive the new card the manager pops in to say
                          very rudely that he makes the rules and it his his demand the i deposit the old card or else i will not
                          get the new .
                          i reminded him that rules are made by the bank and he was not the authority to harass customers and he
                          has no parental discretion regarding rules of the bank.
                          my query is is it the rule to deposit my old card
                          2. the manager always talks in english and regarding this i had earlier told him to either talk in
                          hindi or bengali . do u have any instruction regarding mode of communication with the customer of your
                          bank ? i have studied in convent school but still have strict reservation on his spontaneous use of
                          english. i rather request the bank administration to send him on a language training course and
                          counseling on ways of talking to the customer. i am very cool headed but unfortunately could keep my
                          cool for the second time, for which i am sorry.
                          3. do i get my card at my address or else i will close my account on maturity of my deposits.

                                  I have a NRE account in Canara Bank, Bank road branch, IFSC code CNRB0001658, gorakhpur, up.This branch is 7 km far from my house, sometimes it takes about half of my day while visiting the bank.Near my house is located a Canara Bank branch, prabha complex, plot no. 6, khajanchi chauraha, medical college road, IFSC code CNRB0005118, gorakhpur, up, which is around 200 m from my house.

                                  To tranfer my account i gave an application to the branch manager of bank road branch, he rejected my apllication on the 10 day saying that swapping of branches does not occur in same city.whereas according to the account transfer rule swapping of branches is possible in same city.I have attached the photo of the application rejected by the banch Manager is below.

                                  Therefore, i humbly request you to give order to the bank road branch of canara bank, gorakhpur, up, to transfer my account to prabha compex branch, khajanchi chauraha, medical college road.

The amount was debited from my account but it said transactions failed, I want my money back, kindly look into this issue as re-deposit the amount to my account as early as possible.
