I Ravi Shankar Madiraju customer of Canara Bank and my account No is:[protected].My Money has been debited from my account twice with only one successful transaction online payment via third party razorpay (as per the attached bank statement Ref.No:[protected] &[protected] and I have not received services/product and not got a refund"even though raise my complaint with Canara bank grievance on[protected] but still my issue was not solved .Please see the below attached bank statement highlighted the amount.This is pending since from one year.

With lot of correspondence with third party Razorpay( ticket reference for your request is #2086488) they confirm that it is problem with canara bank.
So kindly help me Sir.

    About Canara bank Murugankudi branch Cuddalore dist, we got business loan before 7yrs we pay interest till now, 4 managers has changed they won't give any receipt for our payment when the new one came they started from the first, we have also got gold loan they won't give our gold, they told reason I[censored] completed the business loan after that we give your gold ..like that all managers told what we do we have pay more than the loan amount but they won't give receipt they do forgeries they take the money and do nothing please enquire about this...

      I have returned a product to amazon and they have initiated the refund process but when it was not displayed in my pass book then i contacted them with same and they told me they have initiated it from there side there is some issue from bank side and asked me to talk with my bank customer care and when i talked with them they say they can't do anything and this refund i'd doesn't exist and when i asked for more help they said to mail my query to my home branch and i have done that too but still no sign of there reply.

        I have been issued a refund of rs. 1449 by amazon for returning a product and it's been 7 days from which amazon has issued the payment but didn't received in my account and the amazon customer care is saying there is a issue from bank side and when i have talked with the canara bank customer care they told me to mail it to my home branch and they can't assist me on phone, done that too but no response from bank side too.

          I should get a refund of inr 107 from zomato against the order id -[protected] on[protected]. The delivery executive was unable to deliver the order so i cancelled the order. Since i paid theough online payment the money was already debited. I complained to zomato regarding the refund. Refund reference number is -17203010033004334765238. They said they have initiated the refund and should reflect in my banl account within 5-7 days but that did not happen. Kindly look into the matter and provide me the money as soon as possible.             Dear sir/mam,
            I am a phd. Student at thapar university patiala. I got my award letter in december 2019 and thapar university linked my account to canara bank scholar portal on 29 january 2020. After that, i created my account on portal successfully and there was no option for me to confirm my details on the portal. After some days i am not been able to sign in to my account it says that the page is not available even my student id (4399) is not available now. Please help me.

              My mother nagarathna receiving state family pension from basavanagudi branch near taxi stand. Account number[protected]. Every month by default delay in crediting the pension above that this time they have lapsed to submit the life certificate signed in the month of november 2019. This month pension will not be credited it seems. From where are you recruiting these kind of irresponsible staff. What is the action plan you are going to take to avoid this.

                      I've ordered a jeans from amazon and since it was not good i returned it. After a while the message popped in saying that the refund has been issued but it was not reflecting in my bank account.                         Recently i received a call from canara bank customer service the no was 56161. They asked my debit card no and then cvv no and then otp received on my number and instead of refund they have extracted money from my account that is the amount ₹ 5000.                           Amazon has refunded an amount to my bank through credit card but the amount has not been credited to my account. It has been a week since the amount refund was initiated .kindly take action against it. I have the reference number that is given by amazon to me that is 5S9IPQ7T0000K5PC67X2 and another is 5S9IQ29W0000K5PC40PD.the amount initiated on 29 th january and another one initiated on 31st jan. The two amounts are ₹5449+₹100 and the second one has ₹329. The bank is telling that amazon has not refunded and the amazon is saying that they have refunded also sent me the reference number . also I have received the emails by amazon . which I'm trying to attach but there is some problem I guess so kindly please look into this issue and give me my money back.
