    I have purchased mi a3 at amazon. Mobile have the problem, so that i have returned the phone. And the amazon side said that refund amount should be refund in 3or 5 working days. But the bank side says refund amount reflect in your account within 45 days. What is the reason it's getting too late. Pls react on it. Solve the problem as soon as possible.
    Amazon give reference no 0r9x0lo90000k0ocpye9 for further process. Pls make look on the issue and resolve my problem.

      I've buyed 1 item from amazon and returned it 15 days back refund not credited to my bank account yet plz help me out with this i've contacted the customer service they asked me they told that we've initiatted the refund but the problem is with your bank they should release it so kindly help and release the refund n der is a reference no blow kindly check it out

      Canara bank has not refunded my amount of 3500.
      The payment was done by razor pay . And they send confirmation that it has been refunded on 3 October 2019. And the bank should refund the amount by 18 October 2019.
      The bank ya snot refunded the amount and razor pay is saying that they have refunded

        Dear sir,

        I ordered one product in amazon.in through my debit card, that order was cancelled by me due to some issue. Amazon also accepted that return request and refund my money on 03/10/2019 through neft. But still that amount not credited to my account. I asked about this to amazon, they said we transferred amount to my account. Now you call your bank and raise charge dispute at your bank's call center. I called bank's call center, they are not telling proper reason. Kindly check and help as soon as possible.

          I have ordered a product on amazon on 3rd of october, paying through canara bank debit card, and then i cancelled the order, they say they have refunded but the same is not reflected in my account. They have given the reference number673258. But the money is not refunded in the acount. And the account belongs to my father, as he does not know to use l am giving the complaint on his behalf.

            My name is anas aziz khan and i had ordered three jack and jones shirts from amazon but due to size issues i returned all three of them but i received the refund for only one of them. The total amount was
            Rs3597 where i have received 1499 and the refund containing rs2098 was processed on 14th october by amazon and according to their customer service i should have received it by 18th october but i haven't received it till date as today is the 20th october. They said me to file a charge dispute form which i heard canara bank doesn't files. My refund reference number is[protected] kindly provide me the refund as soon as possible.

              I purchased a product from amazon on 29/09/2019 worth rs. 1548 and made the payment through my canara bank debit card issued against the account number[protected] and returned it a day after. I received an email communication from amazon on 03/10/2019 that my refund has been processed with reference number 0r8ud3tg0000k0obnlbk. It's been more than 15 days now and the refund amount is still not credited to my account.

              I contacted bank customer care, bank branch, merchant customer care but nobody is able to help me as the merchant is saying we have processed your refund and bank is saying that we cannot see any refund against the said reference number. Please look into the matter and resolve my problem. Please credit my refund amount asap. I am attaching the copy of email received from amazon, application filed with bank branch and chat communication with amazon.

                I have ordered a guitar from amazon and pay online by net banking but after some days amazon cancelled my order due to address not locatable and after few days amazon refund my money but still i don't recieve money. Then i call the amazon coustmer care to ask why i don't recieve money then he told me that we initiated your money, you have to contact your bank then i contact my bank and told him about my issue that amazon initiated my money but i don't recieve money and amazon provide me a refund number and told me to give the refund to your bank then i go to bank and give him refund number then the employ of bank said to me what i can do?

                      I have booked mobile device in Amazon bussiness india with using my rupay card of money 12499 Rs after booking transactions complited amount debited from my account but order not placed.After all enquiries amazon customer service agent is saying we already refunded to your account but bank is responsible for to give the refund amount to your account after this i called agin to amazon customer care again they were saying that same solutions after all this they are saying book the charge dispute so i am complaining
                      to you please help me..
                      And also my question is if we knowing this much of knowledge still we are struggling with to get refund if the peoples dont know anything about this type of procedure are included in this refund how can they get so amazon is good but they are irresponsible in refund issue taking long time please people who are booking in amazon take care of net banking and pay on card option.

                            I have opened a ppf account in my nearest branch (On august-2019) and made a initial deposit. But i am unable to view my statement by any means, whenever i try to check my statement it always says "your ppf account is not linked with your casa account". I have even registered a complaint through my branch, but even after 2 months it wasn't solved. Since a person can open only one ppf account i have no option to look for it in other providers....

                            I noticed that canara bank has deducted rs.177/- towards ecs mandate charges from my bank a/c. When inquired from the bank officials, it was informed to me that bank does not deducted on its own and this was credited to my mutual fund house at mumbai. When i inquired from mutual fund house stating why they have deducted rs.177/- towards ecs mandate charges, they clarified that don't charge ecs mandate and its customer's bank who deduct its own.

                            This is a violation of rbi guidelines on ecs transfer. As such canara bank official website also display as ecs-credit/debit = nil

                            Kindly raise this issue with canara bank on this subject and take necessary step to reverse the entries and direct the concern not to deviate the rbi rule.

                              I am not able to generate transaction password. "generate transaction password" tab not showing in my account in internet banking. Besides, it asks me to change my transaction password, when i have not even generated the password in the first place. Earlier that tab was visible but atm was not ok. But after i got new atm, now the tab is not there.

                                    My complaint is that the manager of canara bank and the step counter number 5 is above the madam, there is the manager and the counter madam, i have met each other. It has not been a long time, then i went to the branch, i asked for some check pages of the check book from madam on the counter number five in the branch as an emergency, but she refused to give us many times i said and turned them they refuse me then i went to the branch manager and told him i had my problem, but he met the counter lady madam, the branch manager did not listen to any of my words. I am registering the date on 16 october 2019, please give my solution against the manager at alambagh branch and madam sitting at counter number five implementing the problem solution
