One of the worst bank i came across. The employees in the bank has no decency to talk to the customer. Being a service based bank/ company got to know how to respect customers. If they are not able to deal with customers then they are not fit to work in the bank. Additional, if they have their personal stress they cannot displace their stress to the customers. They have no mannerism nor they show any interest how to cooperate with customers. There is a lady in the bank canada bank nalapad branch who acts as she owns the bank. If they are not not knowing what customers are then how can we trust their bank and do our business. Learn to respect customers or else either they loose the customers or when bank becomes complete online based then these employers will not have any job left to do in local branches

    I have purchase a housing loan with canarabank, vilankuruchi branch, coimbatore. On verifying the loan repayment details, to my shock it is seen that they have withdrawn service charges for inspection for every quarter amounting to nearly rs.1600/-. I have lodged complaint through mail and over phone to the manager of the concerned branch, but in vain. Now it is also seen that the online redressal site of canarabank also not working, hence you cannot submit your grievance to the bank.

      I purchased a product on amazon on 26th september 2019 using my canara bank debit card but due to some personal reasons i cancelled the order.
      As per their refund was initiated on[27/09/2019], maximum time frame was 5 days which is [2/10/2019]. Still it was no reflected in my account. They have provided the refund reference number[#784473]. I had contacted your customer service number their is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i am going to file a banking ombudsman.

        I purchased a product on amazon on 9th of september using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 26 th of september maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332749270926980804384. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman

          I had placed an order[protected] to amazon on 29th aug 2019.
          Order value rs.660/ paid vive debit card [protected].
          Two items worth rs. 450 were received, the item in question was wrong supplied, wsa collected back for refund.
          Item for rs. 210/ was refunded vide amazon refund order
          75503729262033294613684 dt 19/09/2019.
          As of 1/10/2019 rs.210/ not credited in my account.
          Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I initiated fund transfer from canara bank net banking but transaction declined due to time out but refund not received.
          My request is that ... AMAZON had refunded my money in 14-9-19 to my a/c... but yet the bank not received that money. ..moreover I have no any massages from bank. ...so please I kindly request you. .that received my money. ..thank you

            Sir, i am writing this letter to bring to your notice that i have been trying to approve my details in the canara scholars portal for availing ugc-manf. However i haven't been able to do it. It shows error in updating the data. I am distressed as 30/09/2019 was the last date. I hope whatever the problem is, scholars don't have to suffer. I am worried i might be left out because this is my only chance of pursuing my phd effectively. Hope this problem is resolved.

              I transferred an amount of rs.10000/- from my sb acct.[protected] with canara bank through that banks mobile app, ref[protected] on 23/09/2019, to my husbands acct in other bank.

              But the transaction failed and this amount of rs 10000/- has still not been credited back to my above sb acct. Even though, i lodge a written complaint with the bank, no action has been taken till now and more than a week has passed.

              Sir, please look into the matter and arrange to credit back the amount of rs 10000/- back to my account at the earliest.

                I am not able to approve my profile on Canara bank scholars portal under my profile tab for availing UGC MANF felowship, I tried many time, but I am getting error .
                It is this requested to your please take this matter to Canara bank authorities, so that this problem may be resolved at the earliest.
                On Aug 20 2019 near hulimavu Canada bank ATM in Bangalore I draw 500 rs from ATM but time transaction time is to long and showed status bit I not received any money from ATM .

                    It is noticed that from my sb a/c statement of 27th sep 2019; the ecs mndt chrg of rs. 177.00 debited to my sb a/c two times. There is no prior communication from bank and local officials are not aware of these transaction.

                    This is a violation of rbi guidelines on ecs transfer.

                    We would like to register a complaint on canara bank...

                    Hi i have swiped my card in sampath nagar canada bank atm. But there was no cash in atm but my money got debited.
                    Please consider this and revert my amount asap and i got two debit messages. Please consider this as complaint and make a way for my amount 1000 rs. Atm seq 3373.

                        I have a saving account in canara bank, delhi sme okhla, a2 okhla industrial area phase 1, date 23.09.2019, i have done two transaction from adhar upi but by default transaction have not successfully & also 20, 000 rs debited from my account and amount till now have not refunded,
                        So regarding that i have gone to my canara bank at branch okhla industrial area phase 1, i told their staff (Vivek..) relevant all things related to my amount debited,
                        Then vivek staff of canara bank told me very badly behavior that बैंक से बाहर जा हम तेरी इसमें कोई मदद नहीं करेंगे क्यूंकि मेरे पास टाइम नहीं है ये सब फालतू के काम करने के लिए, & vivek also give me abuses, and then they got me out of the bank, always treats the customers in such a rude and weird way,

                          Today when i was used canara bank mobile banking for a fund transfer, but unfortunately transaction got failed due to time out but still amount got deducted and not credit either beneficiary account nor my account.

I talked to amazon they said refund was initiated and processed on 14th sep. And they have given updated reference no. - 0io04naw0000k0fqmoby and the authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 30005492589257160192742. I used my canara bank rupay debit card ending with 0018. I am supposed to receive refund on 19 sep but still amount isn't reflected in my account. Please confirm and reflect refund in my account.

                                I venkatesh p swiped my mastercard debit card belonging to canada bank savings account at mathaji electricals belonging to idfc first bank on 25/03/2019, a sum of ₹15, 750. The amount has been deducted from my account but it is not been credited to the merchant bank. When i enquired regarding this in the canada bank, they gave me a letter after 5 months (04/09/2019) telling that the amount has been credited to the merchant bank on the same day of swiping the card. Hence i have also raised a complaint regarding this issue to the national consumer helpline with the complaint number 1582645. Please check to the issue and refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                  I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and otp was going to my old number.

                                  I went to the bank and applied for updation of registered mob number. But surprisingly it got updated only for sms services, not for otp which is the important one. My transactions are pending for months as this one is my primary account.

                                  Now, i get atm withdrawal smss and balance etc. That's it.
                                  So, i visited the bank several times, wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

                                  I called customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but bank official deosnt understand. Customer care official told me to send e-mail complaints too, to some id's. I did that too, but no reply...!

                                  I still get the transaaction web page where it shows otp has been sent to my old number. I was having problem with my internet banking service (Which is another story), so i was adjusting with my mobile banking, and now i am stuck as i cant recieve otp at all.

                                  I am really upset as there is a lots of things pending.
                                  I want my number changed asap.
