    I have booked the phone from amazon.in order #[protected] on 22 july and do payment by debit card of canera bank but some reason i have cancil my ordered same time but till now, we can't be received the payment.         I purchased product from amazon and zivame using debit card of canara bank, they initiate refund but the amount does not reflect in my account. I purchased product some 14 or 15 july they initiate refund 26 th july... And there is also some other transaction but i didn't get any amount in my account... They provide me reference number regarding this but no one help me... Please resolve my problem

          I purchased a product on amazon on 7th of july using my canara bank debit card and i had returned the product on 8th july and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 8th of july maximum time frame was 5 days. And today is august 27th still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 460902. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

          i didn't received any receipt or sms yet.the above amount is deducted in my account i contact electricity office they are said the payment is not received.

            The refund was initiated by amazon on 20th Aug 2019.

            Reference number :74332749233923259967717

            The refund has not been credited in my account.

            I spoken with Amazon guy they said the refund has been processed on 20th Aug 2019 they said till 26th i wll get the refund.

            Even i contacted canara bank customer care they said it will take minimum 7 and maximum 45 days.

            Even after 7 days, amount has not been credited yet and i dont want to contact the bank on daily basis for refund so raising this complaints inorder immediate action will be taken through this.

                On 24 july 2019, i paid rs. 600 through debit card to henna industries private ltd. Located in faridabad, haryana.

                Canara bank debited rs. 600 from my debit card but the payment was not successful. Henna industries did not receive the payment.

                I called up customer care the next day itself and told them about this. I was told that the entry would be reversed in a month's time.

                Whenever i attempt to register an online complaint through canara public grievance redressal system, i get "invalid input" while trying to fill up the complaint description. This never used to happen earlier.

                It is a month now and the amount has still not been credited back to my account.

                Please reverse the entry.

                Let it reflect in my account.

They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account on 18th august 2019 but still now i didn't receive any amount and i am really confused whether the problem is with amazon.in or canara bank. When i ask amazon.in customer service, they are blaming the bank and similarly, when asked to canara bank customer care they are blaming amazon.in.

                                  debit card payment transaction failed but amount debited to account

                                  Dear canara bank team,
                                  On 5th august 2019 i had made a online transaction for rs 500 through ccavenue mumbai vide transaction no.[protected] around 10.15 am.
                                  This transaction was not successful but the amount was debited to my account and till date it is not reversed back to my account. Ccavenue mumbai has sent me a communication email that this transaction was not successful as the bank declined the payment.
