For paying domestic water bills, electricity bills, and phone bills on the due date i have authorised canara bank to transfer payment from my savings bank account to settle the bills on the due dates by a mandate called the ecs mandate. This is a free service i have availed for many years. Only the bill amounts are debited by the bank on the due dates. Being a free service no service charges are debited to my saving account. Suddenly, i find that there is an entry dated 27 june 2019 in my bank passbook that rs 177.00 is debited as ecs mandate charges. There is no prior communication from bank and local officials are not aware of these transaction. How can the bank debit my account without an authorisation from me? How the banks got such powers? I would like to register a complaint on canara bank on this subject and take necessary step to reverse the entries. Proper way is perhaps to inform me about the charges and ask for my choice to continue with the ecs mandate or withdraw from it.

    Actually i have ordered mi power bank on amazon was paid 540 rs from amazon pay and 358rs from canara bank upi, for some issues i want to cancel my order i got amazon pay balance 540 fully, still i didn't got my 358 rs upi transaction of canara bank so amazon customer told us within july 5 i will be comes but still i didn't got

      As i taken a check book from canara bank, they given the book by writing a manual account number on first page of the book as well as all slips inside in it. After some days while we taking a two wheeler scooty we given the checks of canara bank. When the financer try to debit the amount from my account the money not debited. And that month the finance employee came to home and collected the money and said that their is money in your account but we were unable to debit the amount from your account hence you don t need to pay any fine. It continued nearly 3 to 6 months that is before 5th of every month we credited the sufficient amount in the bank and after 15th of every month we pulled from atms and given to the finance employee. Later we given the amount directly to the finance employee (From our side we kept the words any how he was not collecting the fine) regarding this issue we met the canara bank and the finance bank they both told that we r uanable to find out the issue we too take the issue common. But at the end of the vehicle closure the finance bank showed that all the checks bounced so that you should also pay the penality amount to close your finance account then as we dont have other way paid that amount and closed it. Finally in canara bank also charged the amount for each bounce and we cleared that all amount. Now recently one of the bank noticed the problem - that is in number of[protected] banker s has mentioned in front of the check book and in all the check slips entered as[protected]. For this mistake nearly we lost 50000 (Fifty thousand). From 2 years.

Amount 10000 rupees.which has deducted from my account immediately but i did not received any amount from atm

        Till date i have submitted all the documents pertaining to transaction but not got any solution even though iam making call to the bank no one responding i have give written compliant & male complaint and following since last[protected]. this is indian banking system is working now if no one has take any immediate solution i will go to RBI ombudsman.

            not giving education loan

But I have not yet received loan and whenever I visit the bank they immediately asks us to come next week or next month without even seeing our face.             I have on 28.06.2019 remitted my income tax for rupees 8869.00 vide cin number[protected] on line to income tax department. But i have wrongly mentioned assessment year as[protected] instead of 2019-20. On taking up the matter with the income tax department for the same, i have been advised to take up the matter with respective bank and said ratification can be done by bank by 05.07.2-019. As such i have requested canara bank rohini sector 9 delhi 110085 branch (Where i am maintaining my saving bank account number[protected] for the same. But till date i have not been received by me from the branch. I request you to advise the said branch to reply my mail.in case it is not possible for them to consider my request (Even as per mail of income tax department which has been send to them), please inform me.

              I have enrered the bank around 4 pm and asked one of the officer that i want to link the pan card with my account so where should i contact? She has answered me very rudely that cant you so it's 3:30 so come tommorow which provoked me and jada argument and other bank officers also involved and threaten me to call the police and pushing me. Is this the way you are treating your customers?

                I have an savings bank account with canara bank madhyamgram branch, kolkata.
                I asked the branch to link my aadhaar number with npci mapper so that i can receive the dbt and government subsidies. I submitted the npci mapper form with lpg id and other relevant documents.
                They link the aadhaar number with my account but didn't link with npci.
                Upon questioning them they provided false and forged information that they have updated with npci but in reality it wasn't. Now they are saying that they don't have this facility at their branch. I have been asked to go to another beanch, which is 20 kms away.

                I have purchased a product on Amazon but it is cancelled by some reason . The refund was initiated by Amazon but it is not credited to my account by canara bank .The order is on 31st may 2019 .My transaction no. is[protected].please credit my balance of Rs 264 as soon as possible. and also tell the reason behind that...
                My debit card is not working for online transaction. It always show " your card is declined by the bank". This card is not working from the starting. This only works on Atm machines.
                I was trying to do payment for credit card from Phone pay UPI app, the transaction failed but amount got debited from the account of Rs 3100
                The transaction of rupees 1000 was not dispensed by the atm but debited from my account on 29 june

                    I got a fraud call from a person stating that he was from amazon and asked for my debit card number claiming that i would be refunded. It was found that rs.7000 had been debited from my account which was not initiated by me. I would like to charge a dispute against this debit and would also want to know the ip address from where the debit had been initiated.                     I am hoping that the queries are taken seriously cause I have not received any update yet. Please do check this on priority
                    I made a payment for paytm app of 326.5 rs on 29/06/19. Amount got deducted for the first time correctly. But then again 2 times it was deducted. So, totally 653 rs deducted extra. I am in Nagpur, Maharashtra now and the account i have of canara bank is from Gadchiroli, Maharashtra.
                    I got a call from a person stating that from consumer's complaint. I would like to clarify is it from your side or some random person made a call?
                    It's very sad to say that canara bank cannot afford a 10rs pen for their customers and not only this also their helper at the desk use annoying language. Very disgusting ...in viman nahar branch at pune.strictly actions to be taken .

                      I had cancelled an order from amazon on 20th june 2019 and the refund was initiated by amazon on 21st june 2019[ref. No[protected]]. I have not received the refund yet and its already passed 10 plus days. I tried calling the customer service but they are just not ready to listen and telling me to wait for 40 days. I need my refund amount back. Please look into the matter asap.

                        I went to canara bank in mayur vihar phase 1 to encash the cheque of my uncle as he was unable to go and he want the money. They refused to give me the money as i m the third party. I have all proof with me my aadhar card, pan card driving license etc and i also said them to cll the holder of the account to proof that i am not fraud. They refused me to give the amount. Then i also requested to branch manager mr. Praveen jha to give the necessary amount. He talked rudely and not given the amount. He rudely said go to the main branch. I have encashed the amount as a third party from the highly known banks hdfc, icici etc no one has performed such thing. Please do and obliged for the harrasment done with me by the this branch.

                            I had a call from shine jons pro, they asked for a 10rs transaction from my account, when i had typed all the information from website 1000 rs debited from my account, and after that they debited 2000rs from my account.
