I sent 5400 on 31st may 2019 the money was debited but not credited to the creditor. When I complained it to the customer care they told to wait for 4 days and now its more than 4 days. The transaction ID is[protected]. My bank is Canara Bank and the branch is located in Valencia Mangalore. Its of no use visting branch they usually always ask us to wait even without listening to our complaints.

    On June 30, 2018 I taken loan in Canara Bank @tirupati, KT road branch-agriculture loan. For renewal process they are not accepting to pay interest only. Manager saying right now need to loan amount and interest otherwise you need pay huge interest rate. Canara Bank in other branches are allowing to pay interest only for renewal process. Please take necessary action on that branch.

      Hi sir .. this is karthikeyan.k from thirumanur.i have an account of Canara bank in thathanur village, ariyalur district. today (4.6.19) 5.20 pm .. I went to keelapaluvur ( 621704 ) bus stop for withdrawing cash from India 1 ATM ... But unfortunately the cash amount 500 would be debited from my account... But ATM screen displayed transaction " time out " .. so I am worried a lot about that ... So please check the transaction and to resolve the problem... Then recover my cash ... Please refund my cash amount of 500 rupees as soon as possible ... please reply me ...

          Myself shradha mehrotra.ac no-[protected] saving ac. I had done recharge on 6 the of apr 19 on jio no from jio app amt of rs. 349 got deducted from my ac but recharge was unsuccessful. After 10 days i called customer care they asked me to visit nearby bank. Their net service is bad. I visited twice to my bank they asked me to wait 14 days i went again still waited 15 days. Poor response because i did not get my issue solved.

          Plz try to contact Jio app. Bank doesn't have the money.
          Refund proces on date 20 may of rupees 401.54 paise but not receive to the bank acount
          Your refund of Rs.849.1 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].
          but no refund received me yet, i call bank customer care and he say that no refund shows in your account, it take 45 days

              Response was very quick, i got the refund within 2 hours after submitting the complaint.
              Canara Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Today morning around 7am i got a message that said an amount of 299 rupees has been debited from my account.
              But I didn’t do any kind of transaction of my own.. plese check the issue and return bck my money my acc no[protected]
              Amount it is not refund for so many days customer is not giving proper information and amount is not giving with so many days ok

                It is noticed that from my sb a/c statement of 8th feb 2019; the ecs mndt chrg of rs. 177.00 debited to my sb a/c four times. There is no prior communication from bank and local officials are not aware of these transaction.

                This is a violation of rbi guidelines on ecs transfer.

                I would like to register a complaint on canara bank on this subject and take necessary step to reverse the entries and direct the concern not to deviate the rbi rule and trouble the customer.

                    I hold a current account in the gandhipuram branch, coimbatore, tamil nadu.
                    So they have a clearing time of 1 pm and 4 pm from the cheque drop box which is only located inside bank branches, which are open only between 10 and 6. The cheques of the day taken are processed only once a day at 4 pm from the box, then are noted down and the next day someone collects the cheques and are processed. It is only on the third day, that the cheques...

                              I am order mobile spare in maxbhi website at 08.05.2019. But this order was cancelled. Maxbhi assured maximum 15days this problem solved. Still today 21th day. My refund amount not added in my account. I am asked maxbhi they are told you asked our banking side. They complete this transaction in our side. So i am asking you. Please help and guidance to me.

                              I did not get my refund from Amazon as Amazon is saying that they initiate my refund on 15 May but the bank has denied that they did not receive yet

                                My name is ankit kumar I ordered huwaei y9 2019 of RS 13990 in amazon on date 15 may 19 and after cancelled the order due to personal issue on 15-May-2019 and on 16 may 2019 amazon initiate the amount but i didn't get the money Amazon sent the Reference no. 325948 and told me to fill the charge dispute form but canara bank doesn't have such policy. The amount is 10163/-. Date -14/05/19 But i canceled . The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference numbers for the product, it has been about a week and yet the amounts are not reflected in my account.

I had contacted your customer service number there is no proper response hence i mail you.                                       I purchased a shirt from amazon. I canceled this order on 14th may 2019. Then i asked amazon for refund of rs. 1566.47. Amazon customer care told that the money will be refunded within 21st may 2019 to my canara bank account, but still when i didn't receive the refund amount. I contacted amazon for the same and they replied that they have already refunded the amount and provided me a reference id - 379715 and asked me to check with this id. When i visited bank they are refusing to take any action with the reference id provided by amazon and saying to check with amazon.
                                      No one is taking any responsibility so i am unable to get my money back. Please help me out.
