The amount of Rs 400/- was debited from my account for failed transaction. I had raised tickets and concern with bank before. But there's been no refund since 5 months. Please refund my amount immediately.

    Education loan one time settlement

    Address: Tirupur, Tamilnadu

    I took my education loan from canara bank four years back. Tirupur - Tamilnadu, canara bank branch office didn't allow me to pay my education loan at one time settlement ( without interest).
    They insisted to pay the same on monthly basis.

    Kindly resolve the issue to pay my loan one time settlement ( without interest)....

      I bought a mobile phone in installments. 5th of every month is my installment time but 5/6 days before time I am paying installment amount. So why is the extra money being deducted from my bank account?

          I took car loan from the Canara Bank Perambalur branch.
          Account number :[protected]

          I am regularly paying the EMI on due date without fail.

          In my account if i have any amount available it is getting deducted from my account.
          So because of that i used to maintain balance only on the due date.
          Similarly this also i have maintained EMI amount on the due date. Surprisingly amount got deducted but EMI is partially paid and around 16000 is lost from my account.Now balance amount is zero.
          These kind o[censored]nknown transaction are getting repeated and everytime we have to report it back.
          Even after deducting amount, my loan account is showing pending due along with penalty.

          For the purpose of security we are preferring nationalized banks and this kind of activities are not at all acceptable.

          We have to run behind the account details to check what is happening. I don't understand what is going wrong.

              Sir/ Madam,
              I am an account holder with your bank for the last 5 years. My saving number is ([protected]). I want to bring this to your kind attention that the staff in the Coimbatore Pankaja Mill bank branch do not behave properly with its valuable customers. Not only am I dissatisfied, but many other people are as well. They are always busy with their personal gossip; they are not ready to listen to the customer's concerns and have 0% solutions to the problem. They do not provide us with the right guidance (17/09/2022 I vsisted the bank regarding the balance related issue. I am not getting a proper solution and also, they are not ready to listen to the concern).

              Kindly take proper action against that bank manager, Coimabtore Pankaja Mills. Because I have already spoken with the branch manager, but he is not ready to proceed with further action (speaking in favour of the employee).

              1. Staff response is very poor and indiscriminate.

              2. Not ready to listen to the customer's concerns and 0% chance of a solution.

              3. Their solutions are mostly ignored by the customer in a depressed state.

              4. Most of the customers at that particular branch are facing that issue.

              NOTE: Dipressed mentally for poor quality of pankajamills branch service and I loose the interest of the bank. Though I block this bank from my corporate sector and If further action not taken I will escalate this issue with social media.

                Without any reason Rs 590 has been debited from my account by canara bank. The message states that it has been debited as service charge. Service charge is never this high. Money is being deducted for no valid reason. Please refund the amount back .

                  As mentioned above, I'm Monisha, I ordered crocs on Amazon and returned it due to size issue as it was COD they asked my bank details to refund, my refund was initiated on August 19, 2022 of amount 1, 678/- it must have been credited by now but still it's not reflecting in my account, when I complained this to Amazon they gave me a reference id as a proof... When I asked this in bank they didn't respond well plz solve my issue ASAP by verifying the details given below

                      At Canara Bank ATM JD2310BY01 500X130=65, 000 Rs. Had deposited but due to some reason the money did not come in our account. Found written on Rashid Please Contact Branch Manager for Clearification.Today I met the bank manager, he is saying that the money itself will come in 72 hours.But till now the payment has not reached our account.
                      Therefore, you are requested to deposit our amount of Rs.65, 000 in our account.

                            Not able to log in to the Canara scholar portal, it is showing as
                            "Change your password! Since you have logged in for the first time, Kinldy change your password and login again with the new password".
                            I have also tried changing the password, but to no avail, it's showing as
                            "Pasword could not be changed. Kindly try again.

                                I, Soumya Prasad Garnaik tried to withdraw Rs.3000/- from one of the ATMs of Canara Bank located at Vile Parle (W), Mumbai on 3rd Sept 2022 at 5:47 pm by using my ICICI debit card of my savings account. However, the machine screen was showing "The transaction is in process...". After about 5 mins, the screen showed "Transaction cancelled" and light was flashing to take the card out. No, money was disbursed to me.

                                However, I got the SMS "ICICI Bank Acc XX183 debited with INR 3, 000.00 on 03-Sep-22. NFS*1RDDMUM2*. Avb Bal :INR..." and the same is also reflected in my ICICI saving account. The transaction reference shown in my bank statement is " NFS/1RDDMUM2/CASH WDL/03-09-22".

                                I was waiting for the reversal of the debited account to my account which didn't happen till today. Hence, I am posting this complain today i.e.6th Sept 2022

                                  I am Mrs. Sarika Bhati. I have a home loan account number[protected] in Canara Bank, Arera Colony Branch, Bhopal. My installment deduct on the last day of each month. I have done ECS for that from my savings account at SBI. Initially My monthly home loan installment was 46, 992/- Rs., Later on in the month of July 2022 installment 48, 438/- Rs. Was deducted.

                                  For the installment of month August 2022, I had left sufficient balance in my saving account at SBI. Even though your branch didn't deduct the required installment on given date i.e. 31/8/2022 and unnecessary imposed 590/- Rs. penalty for ECS rejection.

                                  After that I contacted the branch, they told me to transfer the installment amount in my saving account of canara banks and I transferred 50, 497/- Rs to my canara bank saving account.
                                  Then on date 2/8/2022 July month's installment 42, 802/- Rs. was deducted from my canara bank's saving account.

                                  After that all of a sudden on 7 August 2022 canara bank deducted 50497/- Rs. From my SBI account in advance installment of Month August 2022, even though the bank app was showing the Installment amount due on date 31/8/2022.

                                  Even After deducting advance installment for the month of August, the bank app was showing Installment due on 31/8/2022. How can I am be asked to pay installment twice in a month ????

                                  After the date 31/8/2022 i got a message of the Installment default for the month of August 2022 and ECS rejection your bank unnecessary imposing penalty 590/- Rs. again, without my any fault.

                                  I also made request to bank threw e-mail to change my installment date, but bank manager said it will be effective from month of September. But it's not changed even in month of September.

                                  Regarding all above matter i have made complaints to bank manager on Mobile, but no action was taken on that.
                                  There we're no response from bank official, they are not interested to solve this problem. Bank officer's behaviour is very poor. :-((((

                                  In saving account also your bank directly deduct hidden charges on name of cash draw down !!! And it is not clearly mentioned what charges your bank is deducted.??!!

                                  I want that penalty imposed on me date 1/8/2022 and 1/9/2022 i.e. Rs. 590/-, 590/-, must be reversed, my loan installment date be changed from last day of each month to 11th of each month and my all accounts must be regularise.

                                  Please solve all these matter urgently otherwise I have to make a complaint to RBI.
