I tried to draw amount 300 from atm seq[protected] on 30/1/2019 at 11:18am. But as it has shown cash not available... I cancelled the transaction... But later as i checked my msgs 300 amount was cut from account. Please look into issue and add the amount back. I have been trying hard to reach out bank. But couldn't get it done so far... Hope you will resolve issue as soon as possible

    ecs mandate charges - canara bank

    Canara bank, girinagara branch, bangalore:
    It is noticed that from my sb a/c statement of 8th feb 2019; the ecs mndt chrg of rs. 177.00 debited to my sb a/c four times. There is no prior communication from bank and local officials are not aware of these transaction.

    This is a violation of rbi guidelines on ecs transfer.

    We would like to register a complaint on canara bank on this subject and take necessary...

    Payment from canara bank credit card on 15 dec 2018 of 157 rs to swiggy via amazon pay, amazon pay i'd p[protected], swiggy id - swiggy-[protected], credit card no. * * * 2008, bank is saying txn was successfull but amazon is saying they didn't receive money, amazon suggest to me to file charge dispute and i have credit card statement and bank's reply and amazon' reply

      On 14th february i withdraw amount 500 two times from hsbc atm, bengalore. Bt both transaction was failed and i don't get cash. But amount will be debited from my account, i also call to canara bank customer support, they told me it will return within 24 hour, now already completed 8 days.

        I am made my transcation of sbi life insurance using canara bank account through upi. Transcation got failed and amount got debited. I have contacted my home branch regarding this, their reply is i should raise a complaint with phonepe and response from phonepe is i should file a charge dispute at my home branch. Kindly help me in this aspect. I am contacting both the ends for more than 15 days.

          wrong transaction

          Dear sir,
          I made mistake on 9th jan 2019 by wrong account to account transaction. On that day 49000 rupees transferred to canara bank account from the district co-operative central bank (Dccb) account. But one mistake was happened by wrong account number entry. I complained to that branch but they said it takes much time to refund that money. So please help me sir. I send u that transaction details.

          My BHIM canara empower upi app is not working since 15 days. It is showing that" check your network connection.My mobile will always be having network''. Because of this i am unable to do transaction in this app. My demat account is linking with this app. I am unable to do trading since 2 weeks. Earlier it was working. From last Saturday it is not working. It is showing that check your net work connection. My mobile will always be having network.

          Kindly rectify the error as early as possible. I eagerly waiting.

              Hi canara bank team,
              I ordered 2 items from amazon on 14 feb, 2019. But due to some issue i cancelled that order. They successfully processed refund on the same day but it is not yet reflected in my account. They have provided me a refund reference number[protected]. It has been more than 6 days. When will i get my refund?. Please look into the matter asap.

                I have ordered led monitor on 11 th feb 2019 in amazon.in by cash on delivery. And returned on 12 th and requested them to refund the amount to my account. The amazon people initiated refund to my account on the same day. It was initiated on 12 th feb 2019 by amazon people. Still it was not reflected in my account. The amazon people has given the reference number as #[protected].

                The refund amount was rs.9308/-

                We have contacted the canara bank customer care. They said that problem was with the bank itself.

                Please solve this problem as early as possible.

                  I purchased a product on amazon on 11th feb of this month using my canara bank debit card product was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 12th Feb of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not received in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as 74332749044904379628495. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                    But when am creating the account in any one of the app they are asking to create a UPI pin, so in the process of creating the UPI pin they asked the details of the card.I enterd all details accurately but when the submission is done while verification.it was coming as my card is invalid or card has expired, even though my card is still working.sir,...

                        I had ordered a product from amazon and returned it as i did not like it.. The mode of payment was cod. I haven't received my refund amount of rs.599 yet. The amazon company has initiated my refund amount on january 31st but canara bank mini statement does not show any such transactions! I've contacted both the customer service and i need my refund amount as soon as possible

                            I cancelled my order from amazon on 5 February and the amount of Rs.1553 is not reflected in my account. So i request u to solve my problem as soon as possible
                            I regularly use netbanking or all transactions. Today(13.02.2019) I tried for a transaction. But due to the network problem I could not compltete the transaction . After some time I did the transaction successfully. By evening again I tried a transaction, It reached my dealer, my dealer forwarded to the bank but no response from the bank.

                              I wrote so many mails and talked to your representative about my refund i'm supposed to get from amazon.
                              The price of the product rs 999
                              + courier charges i've paid to return the product. Rs. 120
                              Total amount to be refunded = rs. 1119
                              I'm fed up with informing you all the details so many times. I request you to go thru the correspondence and see the details of the item i've returned. This correspondence goes on and on for almost 6 months.
                              My refund is successfully processed telephonicaly on sat, dec 8, 4:10 pm by your customer care representative and immediately after that i received the above - mentioned mail.
                              These amounts are not reflected in my account till today.

                              I request you to take immediate action and deposit my refund amount rs. 1119/- (Rs one thousand one hundred nineteen only) as soon as possible.

                                But after showing to taking my card, my transaction amount doesnt came...
                                But a message has received from my bank which showing of debited amount of 500 rupees.
                                What is the reason for that...??
