I wrote so many mails and talked to your representative about my refund i'm supposed to get from amazon.
The price of the product rs 999
+ courier charges i've paid to return the product. Rs. 120
Total amount to be refunded = rs. 1119
I'm fed up with informing you all the details so many times. I request you to go thru the correspondence and see the details of the item i've returned. This correspondence goes on and on for almost 6 months.
My refund is successfully processed telephonicaly on sat, dec 8, 4:10 pm by your customer care representative and immediately after that i received the above - mentioned mail.
These amounts are not reflected in my account till today.
I request you to take immediate action and deposit my refund amount rs. 1119/- (Rs one thousand one hundred nineteen only) as soon as possible.
