Hello,
We are three jrf scholars and we are not able to register ourselves at the portal despite providing all the right details. We are getting the same message again and again that the details provided by us are not correct whereas they are correct to the best of our knowledge. We request the tech team to resolve this issue as soon as possible as no one wants to wait for the money to reach one's bank account that one deserves. Please help us to register.

    I am a customer of your bank from 18th september 1989. I have a savings bank account in your lady hill branch and availed its services from 17th august 2017 at this branch.
    I have opened the candigital online app recently and been using it for accessing the above savings bank account in my home through a lenovo laptop and yesterday i wanted to add a beneficiary in another sb account held by me.
    I started by opening the transaction enabling utility in can digital app and through the savings bank funds can be transferred to a beneficiary in another of my sb account in mangalore yesterday i. E.[protected]. Please inform me how to change / delete transaction password in candigital online app.'

      Myself, lokesh have account with canara bank, tried transferring money viz phonepe upi on dtd[protected], reference number[protected], narration - mb-upi debit[protected]/02/19 15:22:51. It's almost 8 days, still didn't get the credit. Raised a complaint. Useless. Rs.10, 000/- is not just a small amount. If this happens like this, how can one bank upon canara bank?
      Really poor and worst management.

          Respected sir,

          I have done only 3 transactions each rs.10, 000/- on 15/01/2019 at guntakal karur vysya bank atm center, but in my account i have found that 4 transactions debited to my account instead of 3 transaction. I donot know which transactions has failed.in atm center only 3 transaction will accept each 10, 000/- total 30, 000/- per day photo of the same enclosed.
          In this connection i have given through online and personally. But online complaint they are giving message resolve and closed. But till date there is no solutions in the above matter. Rs. 10, 000/- is not a small amount for me because i am salaries person.

            I recharged my postpaid mobile no. On amazon on 5th febraury 2019 o[censored]sing my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 5th febraury 2019 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number for the transaction is 242040. I had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm

                  I received a successful transaction of money from my friend in googlepay but the money was not credited in my account. The upi transaction id is[protected]. The money is debited from my friends account as has not been credited either to me or him since 20 days. I reached canara branch near me but they were unable to help. Do look into the matter.

                        I am padmanabha kamath, account holder of karkala branch.
                        Today i had been to this branch to resolve my atm card issue, but one of the non karnataka staff has not responded properly and wasted my two hours. Since i had other work to do so i went to manager to solve my issue, but he treated me very poorly and it hurt a lot because i am a customer in this bank from so long. And this type of behaviour with customer is not tallerated for that reason i am going to close my account in this branch. I hope this situation will not be repeated with other customers.

                          I made an online payment of rs. 1813/- from my canara bank savings account[protected]Customer id:[protected] through mtnl payment gateway to mtnl on 8th february, 2019 and a confirmation message had been sent to my registered mobile number. But while trying to print out the receipt from mtnl website, it is being shown that the payment is still unpaid. Please look into the matter and arrange to refund the amount to my account if it is not actually credited to the account of mtnl.

                                  I went to the bank and applied for updation of registered mob number. But surprisingly it got updated only for sms services, not for otp which is the important one. My transactions are pending for months as this one is my primary account.

                                  Now, i get atm withdrawal smss and balance etc. That's it.
                                  So, i visited the bank several times, wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

                                  I called customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but bank official deosnt understand. Customer care official told me to send e-mail complaints too, to some id's. I did that too, but no reply...!

                                  I still get the transaaction web page where it shows otp has been sent to my old number. I was having problem with my internet banking service (Which is another story), so i was adjusting with my mobile banking, and now i am stuck as i cant recieve otp at all.

                                  I am really upset as there is a lots of things pending.
                                  I want my number changed asap.

                                    While i had deposit my mother account in 2000 rs oiled note. But the bank cashier not accepted the note. If any rule has been produce the note not accepted. If its please sent as to rule. Next time we can withdraw through atm its helpful to us. If it's that type of rule not available kindly teach them then to appointment of that position. If any rules available to circulate and then this type of where we can exchange kindly advice.

                                      This is to inform you that i chetan kumar holding an saving account in branch kadam kuan, patna with the account no[protected] has made a transaction as transfer via imps of amount rs 10000 /- to icici account and this did not got credited for the same.
                                      Below are the points of concern that took place for 2months and still the amount has not been credited:
                                      1. On 25thdec, 2018 i communicated with the customer care executive person and he mentioned that the amount will be credited within 24 hours.
                                      2. After 24 hours also i. E. 26thdec, 2018 the amount did not got credited then again i called customer care person and he mentioned that the amount will be credited within 7 working days.
                                      At the same time, i tried to check with the executive that to confirm which account has been credited with the last transaction and he was unable to do so.
                                      3. After 7 days i. E. On 2ndjan, 2019 i logged a complain crn no. #1819ao6514 and this was closed without any intimation and solution provided.
                                      4. After waiting for few more days, again i logged complaint on 7thjan2019 with crn no.# 1819ao7547
                                      For this i received call from the bank stating that the icici bank account to which the amount was credited.
                                      And this was very unfortunate that the account mentioned in my beneficiary was incorrect instead of “[protected]” the account number mentioned was this “[protected]”.
                                      The bank person also guided me to reach out to home branch of canara bank and icici bank but as i am working in pune am unable to visit my home branch immediately.
                                      5. I communicated to the icici branch person and they mentioned that this is not their point of concern and this is totally canara bank responsibility as the amount has been debited from their end.
                                      I have requested several times to both the bank person to seize the amount of that incorrect account and transfer the amount to my icici account but this is not happening and on daily basis i am reaching out to authorized person of both the banks.
                                      Can you please guide me to whom i have to reach and how my money will come back to my account.
