I bought a one plus 6t from amazon on 18th december through debit card payment. The amount that was debited from my account is rs31, 810. Amazon is saying that they have processed the amount on 21 december while the bank is saying that they haven't received it. And hence they haven't credited it back to my account.
The reference number is[protected]. It's been more than 10 days.

      On 27th dec18 due to technical issue i was not able to withdraw inr 7000 from my account[protected] through hsbc bannergatta atm. (Am very clear nothing was withdrawn from that atm). After that i withdrew same amounting inr 7000 from axis atm yelechanahalli.

      Am wondering.. Inr 7000 debited twice from my account and also extra inr 500 debited from my account (Nothing is done from my end) and still not reversed.

      Usually such atm issues takes only 24hrs for reversal of entries.

      Awaiting for your immediate response without any delay.

I made two translation to withdraw rs 10000 on dated dec 17, 2018 from atm in ghaziabad wherein my first transaction got failed which i made from corporation bank than i made another transition from different atm to withdraw the same amount and second transaction was successful but when i checked the statement and message wherein amount was debited on both the transaction but failed transaction is not yet reverted back which was made from corporation bank atm.

        I have already submitted the complain on canara bank customer care and they registered a complain on 22nd dec with complain no - [protected] but yet i haven't received any response on that.

              I orderd a product from amazon but due to some reasons it got cancelled. The amazon customer service told that the refund was initiated on 28/12/2018 and would reflect in my account till 28/12/2018. It is not yet reflected. The company amazon india has processed it. I have done the payment using my debit card. The reference id for refund is 232801. Hope you will look into this matter and resolve the refund issue fast :)

                I had withdrawd money using canara bank atm in nalasopara east of amont 1400 first but transaction had took place but i have only received 1200. Then i thought atm is out of cash hence tried then 200 rs... Again i just got 100 out of atm... Today..

                I want my 300rs back as soon as possible

                Then withdraw 200 got only 100

                I have spoken to customer care but not received my money and tomorrow is sunday

                    As i didn't got my refund amount of 317 ripped by amazon, i have contacted amazon they said that they had initiated the transaction and will take 5 days, but i didn't get my amount in my canara bank account, and i have called the canara bank customer care service they said it will take a 45days to credit in my account, i felt bad about this issue, i kindly request u to solve this problem,

                          I have account in canada bank at guthani branch which located within district siwan of bihar. As i am defence employee so hardly i get leave on time to visit branch to resolve my account related problem.in the month of june 18 received a system generated message to collect new atm card from branch that time i was at my duty place. I visited branch in aug 18 to collect card i was told by manager that we only issue card on tuesday and wednesday. Unfortunately the day was friday and i have to leave for duty on saturday. I explained my constraints to him but he could not managed to issue my card and told to visit next time. I back to my duty without card. Again i visited branch on 28 dec 18 i explained same thing to one staff for issuing my card. Again he passed his instructions of day issue time. I wish to meet manager but he was not present that time. Again i told same staff that i ahve to leave for duty he told it's your problem if you need card come as per timing.
                          With this type of behavior from bank to a defence personnel i scared toward other general people who visit bank for any types of query.
                          I am just fed up and once thought yo close this account and shift to other bank.. But i am writing this to improve service and have smiling customer.
                          Finally as per message old card will not work wef 01jan 19. There on what will i do...

                                  As i wanted 30, 000 i tried withdrawing 10, 000 in each transaction. First two transactions i received 10, 000+10, 000=20, 000 rupees. Third time when i tried withdrawing amount 10, 000 i dint received amount "it displayed msg as transaction processed" but later i dint receive amount from atm. So, i gave again 5, 000 for which i could withdraw 5, 000.
                                  Now totally i withdrawn 25, 000 but 35, 000 got deducted from my account. 10, 000 is failed transaction. When will i receive my amount back. This happened on 26th december, 2018

                                    I cancelled an item from amazon on december 18. They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account on december 24 but still now i didn't receive any amount. Am really confused whether the problem is with amazon or canara bank. When i ask amazon customer service they are blaming the bank and similarly when asked to canada bank customer care they are blaming amazon.
