I opened a new account in canara bank. Account age is 20 days. But i had seen that they decided 18 rupees for sms alert charges. How the bank can deduct sms charges for 20days old account. I want to know the reason as well as refund. My bank account no is[protected] and linked mobile no is [protected]. Please check it and come back to me.

    I orderd a product from amazon but due to some reasons it got cancelled. The amazon customer service told that the refund was initiated on 28/12/2018 and would reflect in my account till 28/12/2018. It is not yet reflected. The company amazon india has processed it. I have done the payment using my debit card. The reference id for refund is 232801. Hope you will look into this matter and resolve the refund issue fast :)

      I had withdrawd money using canara bank atm in nalasopara east of amont 1400 first but transaction had took place but i have only received 1200. Then i thought atm is out of cash hence tried then 200 rs... Again i just got 100 out of atm... Today..

      I want my 300rs back as soon as possible

      I withdraw 1400 got only 1200
      Then withdraw 200 got only 100

      I have spoken to customer care but not received my money and tomorrow is sunday

        I purchased a product on 19 dec 2018 and the product defective and returned it to amazon and the company initiated a refund on 20 dec 2018 and refund was completed on 21 dec from amazon but not received by me.           As i didn't got my refund amount of 317 ripped by amazon, i have contacted amazon they said that they had initiated the transaction and will take 5 days, but i didn't get my amount in my canara bank account, and i have called the canara bank customer care service they said it will take a 45days to credit in my account, i felt bad about this issue, i kindly request u to solve this problem,

                I have account in canada bank at guthani branch which located within district siwan of bihar. As i am defence employee so hardly i get leave on time to visit branch to resolve my account related problem.in the month of june 18 received a system generated message to collect new atm card from branch that time i was at my duty place. I visited branch in aug 18 to collect card i was told by manager that we only issue card on tuesday and wednesday. Unfortunately the day was friday and i have to leave for duty on saturday. I explained my constraints to him but he could not managed to issue my card and told to visit next time. I back to my duty without card. Again i visited branch on 28 dec 18 i explained same thing to one staff for issuing my card. Again he passed his instructions of day issue time. I wish to meet manager but he was not present that time. Again i told same staff that i ahve to leave for duty he told it's your problem if you need card come as per timing.
                With this type of behavior from bank to a defence personnel i scared toward other general people who visit bank for any types of query.
                I am just fed up and once thought yo close this account and shift to other bank.. But i am writing this to improve service and have smiling customer.
                Finally as per message old card will not work wef 01jan 19. There on what will i do...

                  My refund was initiated on 19th of december 2018. For product named. Cartup pubg gaming joystick for mobile. However it is not reflective in my account yet.                     didn't receive welcome kit for opening savings bank account

                    I wrote so many mails and talked to your representative about my refund I'm supposed to get from Amazon.
                    The price of the product Rs 999
                    + Courier Charges I've paid to return the product. Rs. 120
                    Total Amount to be refunded = Rs. 1119
                    I'm fed up with informing you all the details so many times. I request you to go thru the correspondence and see the details of the item I've returned. This correspondence goes on and on for almost 6 months.
                    My refund is successfully processed telephonicaly on Sat, Dec 8, 4:10 PM by your Customer Care Representative and immediately after that I received the above- mentioned mail.
                    These amounts are not reflected in my account till today.

                    I request you to take immediate action and deposit my refund amount Rs. 1119/- (Rs One Thousand One Hundred Nineteen only) as soon as possible.

                      Sir, My saving acct no is[protected], atm no [protected]. On 24.12.18 I have tried to withdraw money @ Rs. 2500/- from a SBI ATM counter of Katwa (College Para), Dist.Purba Bardhaman . But I have seen that wheter there was no cash dispensed but cash gets debited from my said account. The seq no. is[protected].
                      Please do needful and refund my money as soon as possible and obliged me.

                        As i wanted 30, 000 i tried withdrawing 10, 000 in each transaction. First two transactions i received 10, 000+10, 000=20, 000 rupees. Third time when i tried withdrawing amount 10, 000 i dint received amount "it displayed msg as transaction processed" but later i dint receive amount from atm. So, i gave again 5, 000 for which i could withdraw 5, 000.
                        Now totally i withdrawn 25, 000 but 35, 000 got deducted from my account. 10, 000 is failed transaction. When will i receive my amount back. This happened on 26th december, 2018

                          I cancelled an item from amazon on december 18. They are confirming that they sent refund amount to my canara bank account on december 24 but still now i didn't receive any amount. Am really confused whether the problem is with amazon or canara bank.                             [resolved] canara bank — refund not received

                            I cancelled an item from amazon on december 18.                                   Have visited the canara bank branch 4 times from the last 3 months for emv visa debit card. My last visit to the bank was on 24th dec 2018.

                                  Every time i was asked to fill the application. On my last visit manager told me that the personalized card has come, with all patience had wait for 50 more minutes. After requesting for a couple of times, the bundle of envelopes were given to find out if there is one with my name on it.

                                  Finally, manager asked for the acknowledgment for the last applications (Which was not given by the manager who has collected application) and asked to give a new application.
