Dear sir,

I, Akhil K. Kumar, worked for a private company on a salary basis from 2017 to 2019 and was relieved from that position in January 2019. After that, I stopped using that salaried account (CANARA BANK) as I already had a savings account with another bank (Indian Bank), At that time, the pandemic prevented anyone or any banks from contacting me. Six to eight months later, an executive called and requested money. I explained that it was my salaried account, which I was not using, and he said they had changed it into a savings account and that I needed to provide some cash. Later, I made an error with a UPI transfer from a friend that was accidentally sent to this account, and they deducted an amount of RS.600 from that account, Now that it's 2022, they have sent me a registered letter stating that I have a loan and must pay the required amount. I called the appropriate bank, and they specified that I must pay the negative balance of Rs. 300 that I made during this tenure in order to pay off the debt. If an account is inactive for a while, they will cancel it, but in this case, they have kept the same in negative balance. According to RBI Regulation, no bank should impose a penalty and, the account should not go negative, and the bank should notify the customer if any other changes have been made in any account. In my case, there was no interaction regarding the same, regarding minimum balance via messages or calls, and now they have accounted the draught indicating if I am unable to pay they will further move to revenue strategy by law. I have also included the same draught that was supplied to me in my regional language malayalam, which makes the same points. I am not willing to pay the specified amount as they have already deducted some amount earlier.

    I bought Innova crysta and financed some amount from Canara bank kharar Mohali branch on 20th June 2022.
    Canara bank employe Jyoti promised me same day loan and car delivery.Jyoti mam said sanction amount is 14lacs and other pending amount I paid to Toyota company.I repeatedly message her and call her for my sanction letter but she refused and said sanction letter comes after one week time. Now Globe Toyota Mohali told me that they only received 13lacs from Canara bank.I said my loan is of 14lacs not 13 lacs.Moreover Jyoti mam called me and said your Cibil is low only 13 lacs approved.i told her why are you telling this after 2 months and how I can arrange funds right now and I request her to send sanction letter to email id. When I read the sanction letter its totally against the communication between Jyoti mam and me.

    (1)date on sanction letter is 28/06/2022 which is 8 days after the car delivery.
    (2)Interest rate shown is 9.7% which is far more than committed 7.35% and overwriting on interest amount.
    (3)Without the intimate she add my family member as co-obligant in loan.

    Now she said due to your Cibil score your interest is high otherwise your loan can not process, and they said you have to pay one lakh remaining amount to dealer because we can't finance 14lacs.

    I am doing job I can't pay high interest rate and I don't have extra money which is one lakh.Which I can't pay right now to dealer.
    Kindly help me out and decrease the interest percentage and disburse full amount to dealer.

      On 11st August i have made a payment to W company via paytm for amount 7199.

      I got a reply from the company that they have not received the amount. My amount was not sent to the bank and stuck in between but my bank is not returning it back because whenever an amount is failed its always returned back on the same day.

      This is the worst bank ever
      Totally fraud.

        The address of the customer not updated after two years of approach everytime bank demanded new application and address proof. Also when we enquire the fixed deposit details which is there with the banks from 2014 the lady refuses to check after many press she bluntly replied saying that there is no fixed deposits at all in the accounts. Not even little concern after updating that its very old account to check again the answer was system showing there is no fd in the account, contact someone.

        THE ADDRESS OF THE CUSTOMER NOT UPDATED AFTER TWO YEARS OF APPROACH EVERYTIME BANK DEMANDED NEW APPLICATION AND ADDRESS PROOF. ALSO WHEN WE ENQUIRE THE FIXED DEPOSIT DETAILS WHICH IS THERE WITH THE BANKS FROM 2014 THE LADY REFUSES TO CHECK AFTER MANY PRESS SHE BLUNTLY REPLIED SAYING THAT THERE IS NO FIXED DEPOSITS AT ALL IN THE ACCOUNTS. NOT EVEN LITTLE CONCERN AFTER UPDATING THAT ITS VERY OLD ACCOUNT TO CHECK AGAIN THE ANSWER WAS system showing there is no FD in the account, contact someone.

          Transfer amount ₹2000/- in account number[protected] after transfer amount getting acknowledge that belong to account name komaldevi instead deposit in account number[protected] account name nooralam both had same ifsc code. Cnrb0004964 in same branch.

          Transfer of amount ₹2000/- was successful done due availability of account number in same branch copy attached include were if was copy pass book, pan, adhar card and voters card.

          Kindly do something that we get our miss transfer amount in reverse from a/c number[protected] a/c name komaldevi as bank can consider to canway there clients because information are highly profile this cause from r. B. I.

                Amount kept on hold

                Hi I am facing this issue from past 8-9 months. everytime i forgot to tranfer my sip amount to my canara saving account account which is supposed to be deduct on 10th of every month. Canara puts money on hold. Today they kept 4392 on hold. My account balance is in negative. I have raise this concern multiple times but they are not releasing my money. I request you to look into this issue and this is not the first time they have kept money...

                I am Lochana. I had ordered an shopobox rainbow umbrella on 20th June. I have returned and requested for a refund of rupees 485. The Amazon has already refunded the amount on July but Canara bank is declining it. The reference is is[protected]. Please put the refund amoun to my bank account.

                  Dear canara bank i'm a current account holder i do run savings, Fixed Deposit in your bank.I m from Dumka jharkhand.My name is Abhishek saraff. The issue is coming regarding manager.Whenever a good person is coming to the branch he always get transfered before the time.There is no manager in Dumka branch facing several problems regarding pass of loan and all kind of transcation...Not even me whole branch is suffering from this issue.

                      I was opted housing loan from Syndicate bank a six years back. After Syndicate bank got merged to Canara bank, have visited Canara bank last year and asked them for auto deduction, after reaching bank itself they started auto deduction. Now again its not happening. So what is issue for auto deduction. this will make us to pay extra interest for bank loans. Can you please let us know what is problem with this bank. This is happening from last three months.

                          I have sent multiple email to them it is unfortunate that their is no action taken by them

                                ECS DR RTN SC SB charges-Canara Bank

                                An amount of Rs. 1000 was to be deduced from my Canara Bank SB against a SIP, which got rejected due to insufficient account balance. So bank charged Rs. 589 which is way too high. It is about 60% of the amount. Bank will pay same amount in 8 years if I deposit Rs. 1000 with them. There is no prior warning or a grace of 1-2 days. Banks are using this as a tool to fill up their balance sheets.

                                  Without my permission for pmjjby and pmsby scheme, an amount of rs.436/- for subscription which has been debited from my account automatically.
                                  The same mistake has already been made in the last month.

                                    My Mother name is Rathna she have account in Canara bank, Mattlampatti branch, Dharmapuri district, A/C No:[protected]. She was take personal gold loanreceived from this branch loan date 08 Jul 2021 and due date is 07 Jul 2022. she went to bank deposit loan amount but manager says u have another loan 16 lakhs u r also member of that malligai sangam . My mother says I am not involved any sangam/ loan received but manager shows some photos and documents. That photos attach unknown person photo but my ration card attached that documents. My mother not involved any other loan. manager says u can go to court deposit one lakhs. I am serving soldier my mother not educated. Many times call to canara bank customere care he says I have no power.False paper shows my mother please take necessary action My Mob No [protected] yours faithfully
