      I have done online transaction in Counsil of architecture website .My amount got debited from my account on the online transaction.But the council of architecture didn’t receive it and they asked me to pay again. But I got a message from the Canara bank that my amount is debited and the transaction is successful. But the council of architecture didn’t received it.And also it’s been one week and the money didn’t got refunded and also didn’t went to the council of architecture website.

      On 27th November Transaction was made

        A refund amount of rs.1379 by amazon was initiated on 23rd of november which is not reflected in my account by today i. E 3/12/18. I called up canara bank customer care a few days back for the se issue but they said it will be reflected by saturday. Please kindly check the issue. Else i m going to file complaint to consumer cell against canara bank.

          I purchased some things in Amazon by using my Canara bank debit card.l refund 1000 rupees. Amazon side they refunded the amount. But still I didn't get the amount. When I enquired the customer care there's no response. I got Ref ID[protected] from amazon.pls check what's happened

            My grand mother is a canara bank account holder at koduvilapatti branch in theni district. She tried to get 10000 rupees on 05.07.2018 in the indian overseas bank atm at usilampatti (Madurai district), but the amount was not received by her, but it was deduced from the account balanced. She had given complaint about this issues to the appropriate canara bank bank manager yet she is not received the amount till today (02.12.2018). Please retrive the amount to her.

              I, sachin sachdeva, have a saving bank account with canara bank samalkha branch, today i got sms from bank at 10:15am of cash withdrawal of 40000 from my bank account in 4 transaction of 10k each, after 10-15min i visit the samalkha canara bank branch and told them about this sms, they have checked and told me that cash withdrawal is done by your atm from delhi, then i show them my debit card and asked them how it's possible? Debit card is with me and i am here with you at samalkha bank branch, and according to you cash withdrawal i'd done from delhi 100km away from? How it is possible??? It's impossible that without debit card or pin someone else withdraw cash from your account??? Please help to get my money back and take strict legal action..

                I purchased a product on amazon on 27-10-18 using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 15-11-18. maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected] . I had contacted your banks customer service number there is no proper response, hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status and your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

I have cancelled a product in amazon for rs 698 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 698 has been initiated on 25/11/2018 and it will be credited to my account on august 29/11/2018. Till now (30/11/2018), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon.

                      For the smooth convenience with regard the updates of scholarships for many like rgnf, jrc, mnfs, can easily be accessed but fellows from national fellowship of higher education of st and scs cannot access the same since no option is placed for nhfe scholarship portal to check the said.

                          I am m s mohan an ex serviceman getting pension through your bank for nearly 15 years. My sb account no is[protected]. On 28/11/2018 i received an sms that rs.14160.46 had been debited from my account. Immediately i went to atm center and took the mini statement and came to know that rs 14022.36 and rs 12.04 also had been fraudulently debited from my account in un authorised way.

                          After knowing the fraudulent activity i visited the branch and met you in person and atm card was blocked. As per your advice i went to cyber crime office. I was told that my problem could be solved only at the bank level. They redirected me to meet the bank.

                          From the bank official i came to know those amounts were debited through pos withdrawal. But i did not use my atm card. I request you to give the below information

                            Respected sir i am jay prakash kumar. I had ordered a trolley bag from amazon website on 27th october 2018 and due to damaged package i returned it. Amazon refunded my money on 18th of november but till now i have not got any refund to my bank account then i contacted to amazon customer support. They said to fill a dispute form.

                              I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and otp was going to my old number.

                              I went to the bank and wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

                              I still get the transaaction web page where it shows otp has been sent to my old number. I have not updated my adhaar number and pan card number because of this issue and now i am stuck as i cant recieve otp at all.

                              I am really upset as there is a lots of things pending.
                              I want my number changed asap.

                                I am harinder singh my account no. Is[protected]. I purchased a new mobile phone from amazon in paid from debit card. The amount is 10893/but i cancelled my order in same day on 15 november 2018. The refunds for the same were initiated and successfully processed to my debit card and i got refund reference number for cancelled the order it has been about 5 to 7 business days yet the amount are not reflected in my account. I contacted bank customer sporrt. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference number are[protected] please solve the problem

                                  I unfortunately did open a savings account with canara bank sector 16, faridabad under the sukanya smriddhi yojana scheme in year 2016. As it is for my daughters future, i go to the bank once in a quarter to save some money in her account. Over last one year everytime i visit the bank with an intention to get the passbook updated, i am being asked to come the following day citing some reasons. It's not that their is some negligence in the account, but the bank employees attitude that harasses the customers like me. Yesterday my request to update the passbook was turned down stating had it been a general savings account, they would have updated it. Teller 1 is being held by a po who knows me in person as he was earlier posted in canara bank sukhrali branch gurgaon. Teller 2 is operated by a lady. Though i reside in faridabad, my office is in gurgaon. It is imperative that i won't be able to go everytime to get the things done.
                                  As everything is getting digitized, i would urge the canara bank functionaries to get the sukanya smriddhi yojana to be mapped to netbanking so that we could transfer money and keep account details online with us and be saved from the unruly behaviors of the so called pos and bank officials.

                                      We are facing lots of problems with our canara bank net banking & nobody is responsible for any response or solution. We received so much problem in receiving otp & how we can do our transactions. Moreover we are continuously requesting for increasing our neft & rtgs transaction limits but nobody able to do so & they even don't what to do in this case. They always we have increased so kindly check now but nothing happened with our bank branch & even in their head office.

                                      I request you to pls ask them with immediate solution as we have export company & having a big account with them but still they don't have solution for this due to which we are facing lots of problem in making payments.
