I was a savings account holder in canara bank lalgudi branch having acount number[protected]
On date 10 october 2018, at 5.01 pm i was trying to with draw money of
Rs 20, 000 as two transactions in a sbi atm (Atm id no s1cn[protected] at sungam, coimbatore.
My first transaction was sucessfull, and the second was failure due to internet connection was broken and the atm was rebooted while counting my money. The atm did not dispense the amount and got debited for that.
I already complained about that incident in my branch, the polite branch manager said to fire a complaint on that and usually take a month to recover that amount.
So, my complaint was sent through a courier on date 17 oct 2018, but till now no response from the bank.
Therefore, i kindly request canara bank to credit back the amount.
