My mother in law is a customer of your bank 70 year old physically disable women. She visted the bank dated 22/11/2018 with her grand daughter geetanjali (11 yr) and me. Geetanjali having saving account, two fdr in this bank under guardian her grandfather late sh krishan lal (Date of death 27/02/2018). We requested to manager for geetanjali's accounts would be operating by her signature (According to rbi's instruction). But in vain, we were sitting in the branch 12.00 pm to 3.30pm and submitted some document by mail on demand of banks employee.in last bank manager refused to the change of operational authority in geetanjali's accounts.
2. It is for your kind attention that we had visited the bank two time before for this purpose but that time manager said that he had no time to deal with this.

    Dear sir mainai canara bank mai apni sister ka account open Kraya h.sir 20 days ho gaye h Lakin sir abhi tak PASS book nhi di h. or sir is bank ka printer kharab hota rahta h or sir automatic printing machine bhi 8 month sai kharab h.sir is bank ka manager bilkul bhi responsible nhi h. Or sir admi apna kam chod kar bank jata h Lakin kam nhi hota h.Sir mera already is bank mai account h.or staff ladkiyo ka h.sir kabhi printer kharab hota h or kabhi staff nhi hota h.or sir is bank ki automatic printing machine bhi 8 month sai kharab h .or sir is bank ki banker ladkiya apni ada mai rahti h. or sir aik ladki to makeup karti rahti h.plzzz sir kuch action lai ((rampur up Canara bank civil line ))244901

Had purchased an item worth rs 683 from amzon but later returned, for this i was suppose get refund but the refund with "refund reference no. 151815" which was shown in my bank account latest by 12november, 2018 according to amazon but still the amount is not received or showing in my bank account.
        So i request you to take necessary steps for the same. For this i will be highly obliged.

            I was opened my account in canera bank in 2017 but they was not given my pass book yet whenever i was gone to bank they was only said that our printer is not working and they was running me here and there i was gone there so much time but they was not solved my problem so please solve my problems i have to access my account. At this time i can't do any transaction related to my personal work. I face many efforts related to this problem so please solve my problem.

                Hello sir
                I don't receive any refund amount to my bank account. My recharge was unsuccessful but my money was deducted, amazon customer service tells we transfer ur money due to gateway error u should not get it in ur account and contact to the bank, but how can i contact you..
                I already go to the bank and written a complaint, but no body cares, and u send many mails to ur customer service mailid, till no replies... Why such this issue happen s... We trust and made a transaction but u cheat very easily to the customer money, my four refund money pending... Not yet received my account, but all the sender tells we deposited it's not reflect ur account... Wt can i do now... I want my all money back to my account... Becoz i don't cheat anyone but u having my all refund...
                Here i attached all my reference refund..
                Kindly pls look it on and resolve my issue as soon as possible... The want my all refund...

                  My issue is that i paying electricity bill by debit card date of 10/11/2018 but transaction failed amount 2670 deducted in my account and not reversing i contact to cuatomer care they provide me a mail id - hosettlement - i couple of times forward mail but no reponse or any acknowledge ment receive what to do i really very fedup is this service please refund my amount 2670 why so late this money is my dedicating money not any win lottery update me at the earliest then i can post this issue to newspaper or viral share overall india

                        This for you inform you that i deepak mishra have joint and single account, four fd's, pm pension, sip's and rd running in your bainpur mustakil branch since year 2015. At the time of opening account in your branch, office staff was so good, polite and co-operative nature and do all bank clients bank related work on same day timely, but now at present the staff deputed in this branch is very non co-operative and irresponsible. Now when ever i or my wife visit the branch for updating passbook entries the staff always says that printer is not working or no server connection or the staff is on leave, come after 1 or 2 hours or next day. This was happened with me and my wife so many times. Printer not working, server or pc not working, atm machine at branch not working or door always closed, what the branch manager doing. Today i visit bank at 11:00 am and ask the staff for update the passbooks, he ask to leave the passbooks in bank it will be update it soon, i left the passbooks in bank and visited the branch again in evening 4:30pm and ask for passbooks, they returned me passbook without the updation. When i ask the reason so many times, staff gave excuse rudely that printer is not working, staff is on leave and now bank working hours is over. When i asked them that passbook are left at 11:00 am at your branch for entries till 5:00pm you don't have little bit time to do this small work. They told to me we are doing bank work, i asked you passbook updation is not a bank work or it my job go everyday and request them to update my passbook. If this is happened to me who is graduate person than what will happen with the villager who are illiterate come their for same work. So i request you to look in this matter and do needful as soon as possible to this bank branch. If the same thing repeat in future and your bad and poor service than i have to think to close my all accounts from your bank.

                                Sir I want to say that i have done a online transaction of 1000 rupee through Phone Pay at 08 Oct 2018 But due to Bank server issue my transaction has been failed and Money debited form my A/c then i got a message " if your money is debited from Your Account it will be refunded within 7 working days" But i didn't receive. Then I went to my branch and contact with my branch manager they told me You have to give a application to me and we will refund your money. I done the same and also called customer care and inform the same thing. They didn't give me any solution for this.
                                Sir One and half month passed for this Issue and Still not Resolved and I didn't receive my money. Transaction Id and Screenshot also Attach Below.
                                And Today Same happen Again when i am sending amount of 1100 rupee
                                through BHIM App. Again my transaction failed any Money deduct form my A/c.
                                Sir I am so irritating using Canara bank services and for this transaction screenshots also attached below.
                                Today I am again visited in my branch and told the same my branch branch manager ask me " We can't do anything here".
                                Customer Care Number do not tell any solutions

                                    I had asked for black jeggings but I received white jeggings. A reverse pick up has been done but my refund is not reflecting into my bank account. Its become more than two weeks, I have not yet got my money into my bank account. Its not reflecting into my account. Can you please check with Canara Bank ?                                       On 10.11.2018 i done a transaction transaction ref number = [protected] from my account amount rs.4000 is debited from account and it shows transaction is failure timed out error. After i checked amount is not reversed i receive messege from canara bank { your fund transfer for rs.4000 on[protected] is timed out. Please check with your bank (Imps ref no.[protected]}.
