about transaction failed due to internal error

My name is loveleen and account no is[protected]. My transaction failed when i was tried to book tickets twice through upi in jazz cinemas but my amount got debited from my account at 10: 24 & 10:41. I am attaching the screenshots of these.
I called jazz immediately and they said it is locked by bank. Kindly look into this and refund my amount as quick as possible.

Dear all /team canara, i was very upset and worried a lots.. No ones action taken in police and canara bank even i complaint in grievance redressal.. I has lots of facing issues our loan such a times.. Pls help and save our lives... I has tested both of them in canara bank ac as tested 1 rupee.. They are still actively of their ac.. We need them to give back our funds to ensure clearly our loan parts... Regards. Manoj

    I ordered a show in amazon and i returned it...they have iNitiated my refund and says that it will be credited within 4 to 5 business days...but now it goes past 6 days...they have given reference number...i tried of contacting canara bank...but it asking to wait and the call ends automatically...poor customer service... Tried many times, but call gets disconnected automatically asking us to wait.

      Sir, myself dipak rajaram jadhav account number[protected] and card number [protected] on doing atm transaction on 05/11/18 at axis bank atm in bhusawal railway station rupees 6000/- debited twice from my canara bank account but cash was not received sequence number of first transaction is[protected] and sequence number of second transaction is[protected].       Hi,

      Refund from amazon.in of amount 699/- has been initiated by amazon on 16th Oct (Refund reference no.[protected] but it has not been reflected in the bank account as of now.

      According to the message from amazon, the refund should have reflected in the account by 21st Oct.

      It's been more than 10 days now.

      My refund about Amazon product still not proceed and your service is too poor and Amazon service provider clearly send mail to me of the refund till 1.11.18 so please reward about my payment.

      I am Anushka kadam . I am purchase the product from Amazon and now i want my refund price of product. Amazon service provider clearly send mail to me of the refund with refund transaction no cc is attached but bank service provider not provide the information kindly chek my account and rewart on my mail.
      I have cancelled the order on Amazon and Amazon people have given the refund reference number. When I called to canara bank customer service they told we have no authority to charge dispute. What should I do?

          Most respectfully I beg to state that, I, Tridip Das, a consumer of your branch, on 4th Nov 2018, about IST 15.03
          I tried to withdraw money Rs.5000/- from ATM but the transaction has been time out but amount deducted from my account from SBI ATM in Simaluguri, Sibasagar.
          Money has been deducted from my account but cash not dispatched.
          Therefore, I request you, kindly solve the problem as soon as possible. No more. Thanks

            (1) I have purchased a product nd its id no. Is[protected] on refund date 26/10/18 of rs.292.

            (2)i have purchased a second product nd its id no. Is[protected]on refund date 31/10/18 of rs.289

            (3) i have purchased a third prducf nd its id no. Is[protected] on refund date 1/11/18 of rs.427.

            So these are the following information about my refund.plz pay my refund as soon as possible.i have earlier also have the complaints about the canara bank. Your bank always stopped the money from any of the acount for eg i have order my pfoducts from amazon.so plz pay my refund as soon its high time you repeat this same mistake every time..i have complaint it many times also but no response is get to me.

              689292 is my authorisation code for refunding amount of rs 14, 999.0 on cancellation of order on 27/10 .the bank doesn't respond properly.how can they be so careless please it's almost 11days I want my money back else I'll have to take serious measures .the amount was paid through debit card kindly respond

                I ordered a honor 8x phone on 24 october 2018 in amazon and i returned it. They initiated the refund amount on 27 but still i didnt get the refund amount. I payed through canara bank master card. Debit card of canara bank. Please let me know what is the status and when will i get my money back? Waiting for ur reply as soon as possible. Kindly consider and let me know the updates

                  Hi, this is syed i actually made a ticket booking on paytm using my mother's debit card by some reason i had to cancel the ticket on 22/10/18. I was informed that paytm has refunded the amount to bank and bank may take upto 14 days to reflect that amount. It's past 15 days but still i have not got the amount. When contacted paytm they said to contact bank, if i speak to bank executive they said unable to locate. One says to go to home branch.

                  While booking ticket through IRCTC, message is displayed as Transaction password locked contact the branch during the entry of Transaction password.

                    I purchased a product on amazon on 15th october using my canara debit card and i received that product on 19th october but iam not satisfied with that order so i returned that product and i asked then for refund. As per the confirmation refund has been issued on 28th october. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number is[protected]. I had contact your customer service there is no proper response so i mail you. Please check the confirmation status.

I went for updation of my passbook but they said we dont have pass book right now we requested it will come after 1 month. After 1 mont i went there i said them to update last 3 months transaction but they refused then mangager behave rudely then he said if you want 3 months transaction then take bank statment to paying 118 rs.                         I purchased 3 products in the month of October 2018 using my canara bank debit card and I returned those 3 products and asked them for refund. As per their confirmation the refund was initiated on 25/10/2018 (amount Rs 989), 26/10/2018 (amount Rs 1249), 27/10/2018 (amount Rs 299).The maximum time frame was 5 days. Still they were not reflected in my account. They have provided me the refund reference number 563830, 573855 and 364352.
                        I had contacted your customer service number but there was no proper response. Please check and confirm the status

                          5000 rupees were added in the Amazon on the 20th, but the transactions were canceled.

                          I contacted my bank customer support. They are not able to locate the refund with these reference numbers.
                          I got a reference number from Amazon 919988

                                My ward smt. Sriparna sarma reading in cit kokrajhar, assam (Pin 783370).in emergent on 01/11/2018 while she tried to withdraw rs.1500 (Fifteen hundred) money from a sbi atm at kokrajhar in several times, but the money not come out though she observed all formalities as indicated in screen of the machine. Later a message come to her rtn [protected] that rupees 1500 (Fifteen hundred) debited from her account no.[protected] vide seq. No.[protected] though she had not received the money from the said atm machine. Thereafter she and myself also tried to lodge a complaint on your toll free no. [protected] in several times on next day but could not. Still the money not returned to the account. Kindly look into the matter for early return the amount.

                                      I had ordered from theobroma bkc and they cancelled the order but charged me rupees 766. They told me they initiated the refund but it's not reflected in my account. The following is the message went to me by zomato.
