    My mother (senior citizen who had knee surgery and has difficulty to walk ) has not been able to use her account with Canara bank account due to the negligence and lethargy of the employees or how the system works within this bank. She hold an account with Canara Bank (Kellys/Purasawalkam Branch) and was given a debit card in teh initial days, which later stopped functioning. Since then we have been contacting the branch and he cusotmer care and have logged complaint as well a placed a new request (jsut to avoid any more shuttling) via their portal. Ackowledgement received on 03/06/2022 but still card not recived. When asked about the status post 6 weeks we still get a simple statement like chip and pin card not available and hence the delay. Also, they give a contradictory statement that card already issued (however i have not received the said card). Absolutely pathetic service by the bank. Please let me know how to go about this.

      I'm sourav Banga, saving account holder of canara bank hoshiarpur with A/C no.[protected]
      On 14/07/2022 around 1:45 p.m. I tried to deposit my cash in cash deposit machine located at Mall Road, Hoshiarpur, but due to hardware error my money stuck in cash deposit machine. I couldn't able to deposit my money.
      Here i am requesting you to refund my money because i need it for emergency.
      I got the complaint registered on 14th July but there was no response from the bank... what should I do now, I had to transfer that money to someone. I'm belong to middle class family.
      Plz. Refund my money.

        Canara bank activating government schemes PMJJBY, PMSBY, and APY without my permission. money will be auto-debited in my account monthly basis. I go to my Canara bank branch in Dharapuram and I speak about this issue to a bank employee then he doesn't respond properly and he convinced me to continue the schemes then I said no I'm closing the schemes. He is not given a proper solution to close the schemes and that employee said to go to complain about our bank to collectorate office in Tiruppur district. So please help me to resolve these issues. Refund my money as soon as possible.
        Money debited in my account: 4/06/2022- Rs.59, 13/07/2022- Rs 436, 19/07/2022- Rs 20, 22/07/2022- Rs 59.

                I tried to withdraw Rs.5000/- from Canara Bank ATM located within Cosmopolis Apartment, Dumduma, Bhubaneswar, Odisha by using my ICICI Bank debit card. Accordingly my ICICI linked savings account was debited by Rs.5000/-, but I received only Rs.2500/- from the ATM machine and the machine seems to have run out of cash becuase after me two persons tried to withdraw cash without success. My transacrion was carried out on 22nd July, 2022 AROUND 7:30AM info: NFS*4914WS01*CA. Please arrange to reverse the shortage in my ICICI account.

                  With out any conformation Canara Bank debited ECS DR RTN SC SB AND CARD CHARGES many TIMES DEDUCTED 590, 590, 556, 539, 239, I don’t have any loans and extra I made a call to Bank manger he said my amount also deducted, Before that syndicate bank service are we’re well and they are not charges any ECS CHARGES now migrated Canara they are charging without any information amount deducting

                      It is frutrating as I have logged in 10-12 times since July 17th to no avail. I have to file my taxes by July 31st and for this I have to efile tro the net baking portal. I am an NRI ad have to pay bills every month. So, internet is essential and I cannot keep up with this frustration. My husband's bank is SBI and he gets the OTP on his mobile every single time. Why is this happening. I need to solve this in 1-2 days as I have to file my taxs in 10 days from now.

                                Currently running and overseas educational consultancy in Bangalore.

                                We told students to transfer their university application fund to this account, that was a biggest false move ever done.
                                I cannot use my Candi App due to renewal of debit card.

                                I need activation code for NEFT. Last 30 hours I contacted via phone, sms, whatsapp, email etc. Now those stupid staffs(Mob: [protected], [protected]) not responding. Students are led to hold their application right now.

                                If you guys can do anything to help us, please do the needful.
