Hello, i am student and staying away from lucknow and a customer in your hazratgarnj branch lucknow. I had some issues with uploading my documents for scholarship which is suppose to done by the branch so i tried to contact your hazratganj branch in lucknow by telephone. Sorting out my problem comes later, they are not even picking up the phone. Please give me contact no. Of any responsible person in the branch and if you does not find any please provide some alternative.

          Amazon and refund my money of rs825 on 21st june 2018 but due to some problems it was failed but again it was initiated on 30th june but till now i have not received the money to my bank account yet.

            Hello, am nidhi lajras, working as staff nurse in holy family hospital, okhla road, new delhi, i have a salaried account in canara bank of holy family hospital. I need a loan and i have proceeded for that but from another bank. That person told me that i have a joint loan from canara bank and because of that my cibil score is not good. But in my knowledge i have never had any joint loan.3 or 4 years back, i have only signed my incharge loan papers as a guaranter not for a joint loan. I asked my bank managermr. Abhishek, but he is so rude, he never behaves like a professional, he told me that joint loan and guaranter are same things. I told him to show me the details that am only a guaranter. But he started shouted on me and replied he cant show me anything. I said him just help me i need a loan, but he was not at all ready to help me. Please help me. I need a resolution.

              Canara bank Nadanahalli branch Mysore is shear waste o time and energy banking. Initially the guy manager and lady assistant were busy in chating and discussing together privately personal during banking hours.
              Later during March Manager deputed and since no manager and the other staff's have no knowledge of small things like opening net banking, how to apply for loan, rate of interest, etc., They claim new manager will be coming next week please visit then. Its been 3 months of waiting and wasting my new start up business which was expected good support from the bank to speed up business. Loan was needed to boost up business but this usless bank is making me delay in operation.
              Its been 2 weeks now they couldnt solve my net banking facility...SBI bank helped me to access to net banking just in a day for my personal account...i am fed up of this careless banking service...where customer satisfaction is not their priority.
              I am thining of shifting to other banking facility.

                    We are three persons in joint saving bank a/c with either or survivor.1st is my daughter, 2nd me and 3rd my wife. Previously i was issued the atm davit card and i was operating it. I received the message from the bank that the old card is to be replaced by the new one due to security reason. I returned the old card and got the new one. Later on i got the call from the bank that the atm card would not be activated as you are not the 1st a/c holder. When i contacted the manager, he told me that it was our bank'policy to provide the atm card only to 1st name. The responding attitude of him was not humble.
                    May i request you to let me know if he is rightly following the bank's guidelines and his action is accordingly.

                      sukanya samriddhi yojana

                      I hv opened sukanya samridhi a/c in august 2015. Since then i'm following for the passbook. Sometime printing machin is not available, print is not visible. They even not providing monthly or yearly statement on mail until we get our passbook. It almost 3 yrs now but no clue about our saving or creditted amt.

                          I had applied for Vehicle loan in your bank, ie., Canara Bank, HSR Layout Branch, Bangalore. I had submitted each and every details of mine. Documentation and every process was done on 8th June 2018. They had also given me the loan sanction letter. They had told me that whenever I require, i can come and transfer the loan for RNS Motors, when the vehicle comes.

                          From past one week i am going to the bank and I came to know that they have misplaced my file. whenever I ask them, they give me one or the other answer and tell me that they will call me later.

                          So I thought of giving you the information of this.

                          I either want the loan to be transferred to the RNS Motors or i need my file back in which i have applied with all the documents.

                            Hi,

                            I am Deepthi Bangera from Mangalore. Recently I have done a transaction regarding travel ticket booking in Red Bus which got cancelled but the amount was cut from my account. The mode of payment used was Amazon pay. Amazon has initiated the refund on 11.7.2018 and intimated me through mail. They provided me a Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number for the transaction) as well. But I haven't received the refund in my account yet. When l contacted Amazon customer care they told me to contact Canara Bank so I contacted your customer care, but I am not getting any response back. Kindly look into my problem and resolve.

                              I wanted to change my registered mobile number as i lost my previous number and OTP was going to my old number.

                              I went to the Bank and applied for updation of registered Mob number. but surprisingly it got updated only for SMS services, not for OTP which is the important one. my transactions are pending for months as this one is my primary account.

                              Now, I get ATM withdrawal SMSs and balance etc. that's it.
                              So, I visited the bank several times, Wrote application again and again, made them check the status, only for this but no use..!

                              I called Customer care and they told me to go to bank and tell them to delete my old number from the server and all. I did that but Bank official doesn't understand. customer care official told me to send E-mail complaints too, to some id's. i did that too, but no reply...!

                              I still get the transaction web page where it shows OTP has been sent to my old number. I was having problem with my Internet banking service (which is another story), so I was adjusting with my Mobile Banking, and now I am stuck as I cant receive OTP at all.

                              I am really upset as there is a lots of things pending.
                              i want my number changed asap.

                                cheque returned without reason

                                I had issued two checks from my NRO a/c # 1819********87 with numbers 290969 (for Rs.41, 190) and 290970 (for Rs.4, 500) dated 06-Apr-2018. Both the checks are bounced and I had to incurr penalty of Rs.350 and Rs.250 respectively on each for bounced check.
                                On approaching the bank the reason verbally given was,
                                1. adhar was not linked to subject account
                                2. the cheque book was issued by another branch and the serial number...
