I have purchased a product on 5th July on amazon, which was cancelled on 6th july, amazon has initiated my refund successfully on 7th of july, they have provided refund reference code which is 199837, the refund is still not reflecting in my account, today is 13 th of july2018, plz look into the matter immediately.have even visited my thakur village, kandivali east branch, they told to wait for 15 more days

    This is student from Localality( studying in Bangalore ) and I've been trying to get loan from canara bank, when I go to bank they(employee's) always says like come tomorrow or else after one week because manager is not here and this is totally not fair I mean is this way to work govt department and they think we work in small villages and nobody will take action and nobody will come to enquire the fact

    I'm requesting you to take strict action towards this kind of workers

      Aap per the amazon customer service
      Usually the refund gets credited into customer's account in 3-5 Business days but i did not receive the refund even after many days,

      They have checked and confirmed me that the refund has been successfully processed from Amazon's side long back on 13 June, 2018
      But amount still not paid by bank into my account for the

          Sir,

          On dated 30.09.2016, Rs.110000.00 have transfered from my credit card to unknown account ([protected]) without my information or permition. When I saw this credit balance and say to Branch Manager then Branch Manager said that this is mistakly transfer. This Money have transfer in my credit balance after 1.5 year.
          Please tell me who is responsible for intrest during this period. Please credit the interest of this money during 1.5 year.

            Want charge dispute
            Actually amazon has initiated my refund but Canara bank hasn't processed my refund and i haven't received my refund its been more than 15 days

              मैंने अपनी पत्नी श्रीमती नीरज का अकाउंट कैनरा बैंक घरौंडा जिला करनाल में खुलवाया था
              पहले तो जब में पेपर जमा करवाने गया तब 4 बजने वाले थे तो मुझे कहा गया कि बैंक कोई भी काम 3.30 pm से पहले करते हैं पेपर तो मेरे से ले लिए गए पर मेरा अकाउंट 2 दिन बाद खुला
              उसके बाद आज जब मेरी पत्नी आज दिनाक[protected] को पैसे निकलवाने के लिए 3.25 पर बैंक में गई तो उन्हें कहा गया कि लेन देन 3.00 बजे से पहले होता हैं अब हम पैसे नहीं दे सकते मुझे ये जानकार बहुत अफ़सोस हुआ तथा में ये सोच रहा हु के मुझे इस बैंक में अकाउंट भी नहीं खुलवाना चाहिए था और जब मैंने ए0 टी0 एम0 माँगा जो मैंने फॉर्म में भरा था उसे भी 2 दिन बाद एक्टीवेट करने का बताया
              आपसे अनुरोध हैं कि मुझे बताया जाए कि इसी ब्रांच में ऐसा होता हैं या सभी ब्रांच में अगर ऐसा सभी ब्रांच में होता हैं तो मुझे बताया जाए जिससे में ये अकाउंट बंद कर दू

                I purchased a product on amazon on 24/06/18, using my canara bank debit card, I received deferens product and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 01/07/18 maximum time frame was 11days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number but line are busy. Then i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                  I did a transaction of 399 for jio recharge through paytm on[protected] but it fails and money deducted from account of Canara bank .

                  I demand for refund in paytm and they said it was refunded to your bank and given reference no. from bank is[protected]

                  After some days I again renew my query but again paytm confirmed the money sent to bank if not credited in account then call costumer care .

                  I called but no agent was available.

                  Please refund my money soon...

                    I have paid my electricity bill from mySB account no[protected] maintained with canara bank tripunithura for Rs 466.78 on 09/07/2018 but the transaction was failed and again I tried the same. That transaction also was failed due to Gateway failure. but both counts my account was debited with Rs 466.78.If the transaction is failes the amount would have recredited next day but it has not happened. I have used techprocess as gateway for these actions.
                    Now the electricity bill remains unpaid.please account my money

                        Sir iam Dr fazurullah from Proddatur, Kadapa dist, Andhrapradesh,
                        Iam having gold loan account with canara bank Gandhi road branch, when I went to pay loan amount the cashier said I will not collect money after 3-30pm, when I entered bank by 3-20 pm and I requested Manager of the bank to collect but the cashier and the Manager dismissed my request. Here what hurts my feelings is at 3-40 pm also they have collected money from their friends.
                        Please take action about this and if you are not going to take any action please let me know the reason

                          about taking a charge of rupees 177 for signature verification

                          I have to verify my signature from branch manager of my canara bank branch aminabaad, on the no objection certificate which I have to submit to sharekhan company for the allotment of my deceased son's stocks to my daughter.
                          For this canara bank have charged rupees 177 while any other bank is not taking any charge to verify a sign.
                          Also branch manager just not only take the charges also harass me so much....

                          My name is siddarth kumar, i have account in canara bank c-dot campus branch new delhi-110030 and my account no. is[protected] . I swiped my atm card at vaibhav enterprise limited gurgaon on saturday 7th july 2018 in the evening at approx 8:pm once and at 9:pm twice each for rs 480 but they receive money only two times .Out of three times card swapped money deducted from my account all the times but they receive only twice and they told me ask your customer care, i called canara bank customer care and tell exactly what happend they told rs 480 will come back to u within 24 hours, but still i did not receive the money and i am unable to contact canara bank customer no-[protected] from yesterday evening .

                            i transfer my money through BHIM application on 10th may (21:17:21)from

                            Customer Id:[protected] but unfortunately fund transfer had declined and at the same time money was deducted from my account.
                            As said above every rime I try transaction in amazon it gives an error as I cannot use the card for transaction due to technical issues . Please hel0 me with this.
                            It has occurred more than 10 times and I have not tried to go to branch.

                                I wanted a permission signature on a Xerox copy of my bank passbook but the manager wanted Rs 218 for some kind of verification of my account. But I went to uco bank of india., They did this for free of cost.

                                  I have done payment of Electric bill of Jharkhand Bijli Vitran on 07.07.2018 for amount of rs 1493 against my canara bank Ac no[protected],
                                  IFSC Code: CNRB0002955 transcation no[protected] thru merchant technoprocess. but at last payment deducted from my accouint but payment not recieved by the company with a message : Payment Gateway error and shows Merchant Configuration issue TPPGE088 and session expired.
