Respected sir/madam,
Here by, i'm anish mon bringing to your kind notice that, i have been maintaining my savings account[protected] in canara bank unnamalaikadai branch, and few months back my account had been misused by somebody, the statement is clear that an amount of rupees 6000 deposited by upi transaction by an unknown person on[protected] and same amount was also withdrawn within an hour using my atm identity, while atm card was with me. This withdrawal was done using tamilnadu mercantile bank atm eraviputhoorkadai, on[protected] without my knowledge, i was not aware of this, as i didn't receive any alert. And later when i went unnamalaikadai branch, for another transaction manager blamed me for the same cause. My minimum balance is hold by the bank and now, they are asking me to repay the money which was withdrawn by someone else. I'm a student pursuing my under-graduation in st. Joseph college tiruchirappalli. I belong to lower middle class family, where rs 6, 000 is a big deal. And the branch doesn't support me to clear the issue. It's been moths facing this problem. I couldn't avail any of the transactions with the bank.
Please do help me to clear the problem as soon as possible. I hope it would be possible to do the needful. I'm looking back for your valuable feedback.
