I payed amount of rs.489 to Flipkart but transaction get failed but amount was deducted from my account.
Flipkart customer care told that also transaction failed please contact your bank customer care.canara customer care told that wait 24 hrs after 24 hrs also not refunded

    Respected sir
    This is 4 th complaint regarding my same problem. After 3 months still you people creating story then where is my money., so how could i trust like you people, is there any thief surrounding bank and he or they stole my money., sir please please looking for my previous complaint, till now i have not receive any refund money [ order no.[protected][protected] ;ccavenue ref.[protected]; date[protected]:07:43.053; amount inr 9109.00]. My savings account (A/c no.[protected] in canara bank, burdwan branch in which registered mobile no. Is [protected].
    Today is 54th day of my debited money, till today i have not received any money... Can you inform me there is any chance to get my money back or not.. Is there any option to track my complaint status.

    I buy your product in Amazon by using debit card later I cancelled it they told me that they refund the amount on 17th 6 but it not a reach to my account... so please help to refund amount to my amount they provide me a refund reference number[protected]

          Sir, i am from patiala, my account is in sst nagar branch patiala, i have opened my account on 17th may 2018 and my account has been debited twice, i have spoken to branch manager and he said its some mistake and the amount will be credited within 10 days but its been 40 days, hope it will be resolved as soon as possible. Please see into the matter.

            I am yashasvi modi. I received a refund of rs 9200 from paytm on 25th june 2018. The money is not credited to my canara bank account until now. I wrote 3-4 emails to canara bank and also launched a complaint in my home branch it turns out to be helpless.

                  I am Samyuktha,
                  I have cancelled an order in Amazon of Rs 1675 and they mentioned that refund has been successfully credited in my account on 24/6/2018. According to them the money will be reflected in the account within 5 business day. And these 5 days are over till now(i. e 2/7/2018) I didn't get my money back. I have received a refund reference number through the mail and the mail is as follows :

                  Your refund of Rs.1675.00 has been processed successfully on 6/24/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 6/28/2018.

                  The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 111195.

                  In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

                  Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

                  I have already contacted canara bank customer care to solve this issue but there is no use.I tried to contact them for the past 3 days continously and there is no way that they would attend the call. CANARA BANK have VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE! Please resolve it and credit my refund into my account. Please help me as soon as possible.

                      I am proprieter of sai chemist new palam vihar gurgaon. Own a current account in canara bank. The new manageress =ritu=asked me 2 percent commission for od. When i said my cibil is clear so i am not giving anything, she said ok 10=15 din baad aana. After 10days again she said abhi mere paas time nahin hai. Again i submitted the papers and she thrown the papers aside and said i will see, now even after a week she said i haven't checked your cibil come again. Harassed and frustrated i asked give my papers back, and she said od form to bank ka hai, and she kept that. See even a puncture wala got a loan of 2lakhs. Ha... What a pity. And she said jo kar sakte ho kar lo. Is this is canara bank and u know what i smell scams, everybody s getting loan on even 2years itr, s made in 2days, and my account is is from day one since the bank opens. I want to hear results

                        I had initiated a internet transaction for an amount of inr 75, 017.70 that has been debited from my account[protected] on 29/06/2018. The transaction failed after entering the otp number and the amount got debited. Even after 2 days the debited amount has not been refunded back into my account. Kindly make this a priority and refund the amount as the payment of my fee is adue with this delay.

                        I was ordered a saree from amazon which was not same so i asked them for refund.They initiated the refund on 17th june but reflecting in my account.                             I submitted my atm pin and 1500 amount to be debited in axis bank atm in bangalore gm palya but power shutdown took place. My amount was debited from my account but i didn't received the cash even when power came. I want canara bank to resolve my issue otherwise i will go to court for further actions and i will register my complaint in consumer office for fraud.

                              Respected sir/madam,

                              Here by, i'm anish mon bringing to your kind notice that, i have been maintaining my savings account[protected] in canara bank unnamalaikadai branch, and few months back my account had been misused by somebody, the statement is clear that an amount of rupees 6000 deposited by upi transaction by an unknown person on[protected] and same amount was also withdrawn within an hour using my atm identity, while atm card was with me. This withdrawal was done using tamilnadu mercantile bank atm eraviputhoorkadai, on[protected] without my knowledge, i was not aware of this, as i didn't receive any alert. And later when i went unnamalaikadai branch, for another transaction manager blamed me for the same cause. My minimum balance is hold by the bank and now, they are asking me to repay the money which was withdrawn by someone else. I'm a student pursuing my under-graduation in st. Joseph college tiruchirappalli. I belong to lower middle class family, where rs 6, 000 is a big deal. And the branch doesn't support me to clear the issue. It's been moths facing this problem. I couldn't avail any of the transactions with the bank.
                              Please do help me to clear the problem as soon as possible. I hope it would be possible to do the needful. I'm looking back for your valuable feedback.

                                Even after asking for last 3 months from the bank for passbook, they have the same saying that we don't have passbook. What type of bank is this? They always have the same reason its not in our hand.
                                So what can i do, same reason from last 3 months and i am fed up now, we want to see entries of transactions.
                                But after this, they were rude every time like we are disturbing them but what about our inconvenience.
                                They are a bit supportive in the case when we asked for the balance enquiry and last transactions but this is not the solution. Why there are not enough passbooks and this problem is not the only mine, there are many more people there who are still waiting that when these banks will have enough passbook.

                                        It's more than 4 days and i didn't get my balance back.

                                        I have done an imps on[protected] and i got the message as below.

                                        Your fund transfer for rs.8000.00 on 20-06-18 is timed out. Please check with
                                        Your bank.

                                        When i spoke to customer care, they told me that the money will be reversed in 72 hours and in case it doesn't then drop an email to [protected]@canarabank.com. I didn't get the money back in 72 hours, however when i dropped an email to [protected]@canarabank.com, they didn't even replied to that email.
