This is for your kind information that we have paid rs 21645 towards insurance premium against our housing loan no[protected] on 22nd jan 2015. Again on 23 rd may 2017 without or concern

And withouting informing us rs 14252 was debited towards same insurance. We noticed that in june 1stweek and when contacted branch officer said it is mandatory. Again we gave a mail to bank on 7 the june to clarify unauthorised deduction to [protected]@canbank.com. But no reply. Later we noticed and went several times but no proper response. Again after several visits we gave another wriiten complaint for that also no response. now i request you to look into this matter and arrange necessary refund. Or else wehave to proceed legally and at the same time we will shift our housing loan, fixed deposits to other bank citing insecure banking system. Where money is redirected without customers knowledge for insurance commission. sorry to say but it is. We were very happy till 2016 jan but now we are totally unhappy with the way branch is treating us. regards vasanta

    I recharged on airtel no [protected] by canara bank mobile app. I done it early in morning but still it did not full filled its service. My balance is debited but my phone did not recharged. I am calling to customers care but m unable to contect beause it is showing busy lines. I need recharge urgently. Kindle give me valuable help as soon as possible.

        I recieved a message on 6th june 2018 that rs. 6400 debited from a debit card linked to my account number which is not even my valid debit card.

        After calling the bank branch and informing this thing they enquired looking the system and told me that you have been debited rs.6400 three times today and informed me that in the year 2009 this card number was linked to your account.

        Recently in the year 2016 i was reissued a new debit card which is currently my new and valid debit card linked to my bank account.

        I am in shocked that how come all of a sudden without facing any issue from past so many years a debit card came into validity linked to my account and i was not informed, and when there is an expiration date written to every debit card and a transaction took place from a debit card of 2009 in the year 2018! This is meaningless and i am in shocked.

        I am very disappointed and did not expected such carelessness from one of the very "large and reputed bank of india, canara bank"

        I hope the bank will intervene in this matter on a very serious note and can justify me a good reason that instead of giving me a current valid debit card linked to my account, a debit card of 2009 can still be valid to do transactions in the year 2018?

        Also waiting for my refund of money debited from the expired debit card of 2009 linked to my current account number.

          Sir,
          My Account no. Is[protected]. Account holder's name is Saloni Chawla And registered mobile no. Is [protected]. Yesterday i.e. 5th june 2018, i made a transaction of INR 1100 through my debit card in order to pay amity university registration fees. That amount (₹1100) is deducted twice from my account although payment is made once only.

          I request you to please refund it as soon as possible.

          My amount 2000 has been deducted twice.and in transaction its saying no amount has been debited for the failed transaction .it shld deduct only once not twice.please refund it

              I purchased a product on amazon on 17 march 2018 not received and i asked then for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 24 march 2018 maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected] i had contacted your customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                1 pan number wrongly updated recently

                I am a defence pensioner since 2002. My pan number updated correctly till last
                It return with my canara a/c.. But this year it has changed to my wife pan number. I dont know how it has happened. Tds credited to my wife pan
                Number instead of mine wef this 2017 -18

                2 nomination

                I have given request for updating nomination (Wife) with adhar/pan card copy after bank intimation long back. Because i am drawing pension from this a/c. Not updated so far from bank br.

                3 pension account

                I have given request for changing my a/c from personel a/c to pension a/c. So far not updated

                I approached bank br for rectification
                They are telling it will take min 3 months.
                And sent me away.

                Pl do the needful.

                  My name is shilpa b m. I have a daughter who is 2.4 years old. I have canara bank account in pj extension branch, davanagere. I have created sukanya samruddhi yojana account for my daughter in the same bank.

                  I am staying in us since 4 years. So it's difficult for me to come over there personally and do transactions. I sent my father instead to ask for online procedure for funds transfer with the manager and i followed every detail what he mentioned. I sent several emails, sent scanned signed copy of the request letter twice, talked to manager directly on phone. Everytime he says some excuses like bank faculty busy, less employees on work today, etc, etc... I wonder does a small funds transfer need 6 months? Does all are so busy since 6 months for such a simple work? Customer satisfaction should be the priority. But we are running to bank frequently to get this work done leaving all our jobs behind. These government officers treat people for granted. I am hoping my request is heard in this forum atleast and i would be helped from this platform. I wish somebody could hear my voice. Please get me to my work done and request officers to entertain customer's request

                  I ordered a order from amazon and then i cancelled it due to some reasons. My payment was done by canara debit card and then refunded amount must be refunded in my canara account but is not reflect in my account.
                  I withdrawn money RS 1500 from an SBI atm on 1/6/18. But i did not received the money but the cash is deducted from my account. I want that 1500 back in my account.
                  On 16/5/2018 an amount of rs.599/_was refunded by flipkart wide reference no.PZT[protected]U80302 to my account no.[protected], linked to debit card no.xxxx xxxx xxxx 3968.But the same has not been credited to my account.Please see to it.

                    Im anand and my canara bank (Internet banking) account number is :[protected] fort branch salem. I have tried to recharge my jio number: [protected] using canara bank internet banking using my jio app. The first time i tried to recharge for rs.448 but the process stoped at the middle, this was done at the time nearly 9:50am. So i tried to recharge for the second time for the same account, but again the transaction stopped at the middle. When i checked the bank statement, the cash was gone, 448 and another 448 rupees, totally rs.896. But my recharge was not suceesfull. When i contacted jio customer care they said that the transaction is failed both the time and your amount is not received to us. But canara bank have taken my amount. So kindly please refund my amount as soon as possible. I have attached a image below.

                          Most respectfully this is to inform you that i have a savings account (A/c no.[[protected]] in canara bank, dwarka sector 6 branch in which registered mobile no. Is [[protected]]. Last 28th may, 2018 i tried to make payment to institute of chartered accountants of indian for adv. Itt training, bank debit 7553.10/- immediately but process was stop because payment was unsuccessful. Immediately i talked with institute, they told they didn't get any money and contact to bank. Thereafter i called bank and talked with two persons in said branch they told me that amount will credit within 24 hours but till now my money is not credited. Again i mailed to branch manager regarding my problem. Today i contacted canara bank customer care and they suggest me to complained ccr package. So, i just go through as per their instruction. Sir, it's very urgent to credit the amount for further doing my adv. Itt

                            Dear sir. I mariayamal i am a blind. I am getting rs 1000 every month from tamilnadu government (Disability) incentive. The response person who deliver the money through canara bank she not deliver properly she gives lasts of troubles to me as we as other people also.in 2016 from september to december she not given my money and 2017 december she too my minimum balance amount also my account became zero balance. All the problems i solved with very painful because i do not have any attanter. Now she not deliver money in correct time. Last month she given 28 may with last of followups. 29.05.2018 evening 3 pm i went to cacara bank to give complaints to manager he not accepting the complaint and after three days 01.06.2018 i got the call from the money deliver lady saying you have to come tomorrow (02.06.2018) to the bank and meet manager otherwise your money will stop coming from this month (June 2018). I can't go with out assistant my father is very old person 73 years old. We have walk 2 kilometres from my village to canara bank. I request you to please take action to them

                              The bank didn't asked my permission to activate this apy policy..!

                              How can any bank officials can debit my amount from my savings account with out talking any permission..?

                              I have tried to book train ticket through patty and irctc for rs.2100 & rs.2949.99
                              But the transaction got failed and the amount got debited on my account.
                              As per confirmation from irctc the payment credited to bank. But in my account there is no refund.

                              Request to check and credit my account asap since it is month end fund for me.

                                    Iam sandhya. Amazon refunded my money. But it didnt get credited till today. The message from amazon reads as follows:

                                    Your refund of Rs.26.37 has been processed successfully on 2018/05/20. The amount should reflect in your account by 2018/05/24.

                                    The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 993187.

                                    In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.
